If I could, I would rate 11/10! One of the best villas that we have ever stayed in Chalkidiki. Every summer me and my family are visiting the area for a few days and Avista Private Resort is definitely one of the best accommodation we had so far. We really loved the privacy as there are no neighboring houses close by and you can really feel the connection with nature. The garden is big and beautiful different kind of flowers all around. The house seems to be eco-friendly with almost every material that has been used during its construction being premium quality. All exterior and interior areas were super clean and every day we had a cleaning lady show up and make sure that everything is OK. The Villa is fully equipped with A/C in every room. Special highlight of our trip was Fava beach which is close by and it is a must visit. We will certainly come back next year!

Very nice atmosphere in the restaurant and cleaniness. The staff is very attentive and they sent me wine cake and fruits for my birthday. Miss Maria-Meilna from guest relationship was very helping in every request. The hotel is clean and elegant. The room has a kettle with coffee and tea and one liter mineral water for the whole stay with bath robes There is a warm inner nice swimming pool and an outside pool. The sauna cost 8 euro for one hour. There is a minimarket on the spot.
