A lovely resort, set in a beautiful location. We were not expecting the level of service, the ambience, the food and just the amazing hospitality of this place. Throughout most of my stay, the customer service was impeccable. The staff members were attentive, accommodating, and always treated me with the utmost respect, ensuring that I felt valued as a guest. However, I must mention that during the last two days of my stay, there was a noticeable decline in the level of service provided. Regrettably, the staff's attentiveness and respect were not up to the standard set in the earlier days of my visit. The rooms at this hotel are aesthetically pleasing and have a nice ambiance.

A Days Stay at this Riverside, Forest Resort hearing the Cricket and Birds Sounds is a Distinct, Wonderful experience with the Wild in the Deep Woods,very far away from Crazy Crowd and Polluted Cities. Very Homely Food. Very Polite Staff especially the G.M. Amal. I Do Really love to be here again. Its Good value for Money Spent.

The hotel was very well maintained, the staff were extremely understanding and helpful. The cleanliness and the staff are the highlights, even the location is quite close to IIM Kozhikode campus. Would definitely recommend the place.
