Really good hosts and very happy to help with recommendations for eating and going out and will smooth the way by making bookings. Very attentive staff, always there to help and smiling all the way. Lovely villa, spacious , air conditioned with a great outdoor shower. Great breakfast with excellent choice of options - all freshly prepared. Excellent evening menu all freshly prepared. This was a very good experience in a perfect setting!

It's a great place to stay in candolim, The beach is very close to the property walking distance of 5 minutes only. Breakfast was good as well. The owner of the property Mr Alex is a very nice person, he called me to know my arrival time and even called me after I landed at the airport so my room was ready by the time I reached the hotel. It was a very pleasant stay at the resort coqueiral.

The location of the property is phenomenal and all the buffets were great. The option to explore the other Taj property was also great. Between the two properties there's 5 or 6 restaurants to choose from which is great. The buffets were a tad bit better in the Fort Aguada property though. All the staff in the hotel is awesome especially the front desk. Shoutout to Shubham who ensured a seamless check in and check out.

Check-in was smooth, thanks to friendly and efficient staff. Check-out was quick and hassle-free. Management promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction. Great value for the price paid, exceeding our expectations.

The best part of the resort is it's location , for obvious reasons that it's just few metres away from the beach. You can always walk , go to beach , have fun , drink up and come back walking without worrying about commuting . It's located at candolim beach which I feel is by far the most peaceful beach in North Goa. We had an amazing time as a couple. Visited for 5N and 6D in Delux room during April last week. (It was pretty hot) . The delux room is a little expensive, but trust me it's worth it. Very well maintained and spacious. You also get a rented vehicle right in front of the resort, which makes another add on point. The entire staff is very generous and everyone greets you with a smile and answer any questions patiently. Specially the team who serves the complimentary breakfast in the morning. They have all the patience in this world. Last but not the least, we booked this resort due to location and also due to all the other comments mentioned about Mr.Raj - The hotel manager. He provides your stay a personal touch. Ready to assist you when ever and what ever you need! Suggest you with good and safe places to visit around Goa. Save you from cheats and guide you with all the honesty. So Kudos to him and his entire team who made our stay amazing . I definitely have a resort now to book blindly for my next visit and also to suggest to others.

May be this resort is the best place to stay in North Goa. Very polite and helpful staff, good food and only 20 min from the Old Goa town where the churches are located.

The location is perfect. very clean and well maintained property. The staff was excellent. The gardens and water features are aesthetically located. The beach access is very good the beach shack, Calamari is excellent. Santana is the place to be in Goa. Secluded enough to enjoy a peaceful stay and the lovely beach and ocean , yet walking distance from many restaurants, bars, clubs stores etc.

The whole 2 bedroomed house was much larger than expected. It was on an estate with security and each morning the grounds were being cleaned and tidied. The whole place was nicely kept and without exception the staff welcomed us each day with a cheery good morning. The location was at one end of the main street so shops and restaurants were all easily reached but from a quiet and tranquil base. On our first night we returned to the house at around 10pm to discover that the washing machine had leaked over the kitchen floor. Within 10 minutes of reporting this a man arrived and cleaned everything up. And the machine weas fixed the following day. We were very happy with this response.
