Overall vibes of the property is very good. The team makes sure that our stay was good. All of the staffs were very pleasant to interact with, esp Packiam, Solomon, Somu, Reena Kaleeswaran at reception, Manivanannam and Dhivya at restaurant. There is an overall positive vibe in the hotel which nowadays is rare to comeby.

the location is absolutely gorgeous! it’s nestled in between hills with a small waterfall that gushes with the most beautiful sound of running water. the service is amazing! Ramji, Saravanan, the young lady at the restaurant, Rajaram the manager, the Chef, Mr Veera, every single staff on the housekeeping team and the front desk staff. Their service was impeccable! Our stay was made better by them. We arrived at 2am and they had hot milk and a fruit platter to ease our hunger. Was floored by their hospitality!

Amazing place to stay. All facilities were new and of good quality. The staff were excellent. We should have booked for 2 nights! The resort has the old renovated bungalows that we stayed in and new pool and separate villas. Great. This place is 2000+m above sea level, so it was refreshingly cool.
