I love that Restaurants and a Grocery is available in this place. Even a bowling place is there. Makes it very convenient. As well as the Free Shuttle to the nearest MRT. They will clean your room and change all linens and towels everyday. Everyone in the reception are helpful and welcoming. They are happy to help you with anything and if you need taxis, they will also assist on booking for you. It was a very pleasant stay!

This hotel is excellent. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious. Sitting on our balcony overlooking the forest we could listen to all the birds. The place is amazingly quiet. The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Also the shuttle runs every 6 minutes to the other related hotels and casino. We liked not being at the main hub. You will not be disappointed.

We booked two interconnected rooms in Hotel Michael for two nights. When we arrived, the hotel is able to early check in us into one room. Then we continued our activities for the day. When we came back after dinner, the friendly staff told us the other room had some issues and was unable to let us in. He said there's another room on the same floor but further apart. My husband asked if the hotel could try something else. Eventually we got upgraded into a beautiful two-bedroom suite. We were all very excited to stay there. That was the most memorable hotel stay experience I have ever had. Thank you, Hotel Michael. Besides that, the concierge staff was very helpful in getting us transportation to the airport in the very early morning.

Good location in Sentosa, close to cable car and right on the beach, the pool is nice too, was not crowded at the time, we had a good stay. Staff is professional, rooms are good for the price, and it's pretty cheap for Sentosa.
