the staff is friendly, help us alot although we did not stay here, but we still want to recommend this resort. Because the staff who chatted to me on whatsapp, he is very kind and try to help me alot. he help me to arrange the car with good price when i got rush business have to comeback airport immediatly. and he ask me after i went back home about my problem is done yet? So sorry because can not stay with you.

Our host, was amazing.😊 Couldn't do enough for us. He was on hand whenever we needed him. He went above and beyond yo make sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was excellent. Brilliant facilities... all round a fantastic experience. 😍

By far the dreamiest place we've stayed, we loved every minute of it! We were there for two days, to get away from the noise and pollution of the city and to be near the airport primarily as we had a late night flight. From their very polite staff, to their manicured garden, lounging and swimming at the pool, we enjoyed the breakfast thoroughly particularly their fresh fruits and yoghurt, everything was to our liking! Waking up to the chirping of the birds, watching the sunset while sipping a cup of tea from the terrace...peaceful moments like these that will stay vivid in our imagination, thank you Amaya for pampering us and for taking care of every request we've had, not to forget the taxi bookings. Thank you for your hospitality Mr. Long and the whole lot of your staff, we'll definitely recommend your place to our family and friends who'll be travelling to Hanoi in the future, more power to you!

Really relax at resort. Peaceful and large. Onsen was excellent, staffs were helpful but not much speak english. The Vietnamese set menu were good.

We stayed for 10 nights, the apartment was on 23rd floor in a residential area (Ocean park) with a very large construction site outside. The apartment was clean and modern. There were convenience stores all over but not much else.
