The food was tasty, and there is a variety in the meals. The rooms are clean . Hygiene in all places in the hotel. The animation team is friendly and did their best to help guests. All of the waiters are super in serving the guests

IBEROTEL Costa Mares ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas en Marsa Alam, frente a la playa, y tiene jardín, terraza y restaurante. El alojamiento dispone de bar, además de zona de playa privada. Todo perfecto. Las instalaciones nuevisimas, cuidadas, decoradas con gusto. La atención exquisita El servicio de habitaciones de 10, siempre todo limpisimo, cuidado y siempre dejando algún detalle La bahía del hotel muy agradable para el baño, aunque quizás no tenga los corales más bonitos de la zona. Las comidas del buffet variadas y de buena calidad. Mucho donde elegir. Los restaurantes a la carta muy agradables. Como detalle, el día del check-out teníamos que esperar por el transfer al aeropuerto casi a medianoche y nos dejaron estar en el hotel con el todo incluido todo el tiempo que quisiéramos aún después de dejar la habitación.

El Jaz Maraya Resort, situado frente a la playa, ofrece alojamiento de 5 estrellas en la ciudad de Marsa Alam y cuenta con piscina al aire libre, jardín y bar. We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

I had the pleasure of spending one fantastic week at Gemma Resort, which included the Easter holiday period. As for the place, the whole area of the hotel is maintaned with the most care, the room was clean, very spacious and well-equipped with all the things people might need. The resort is located right next to the beach, and all the facilities are accessible quickly and easily. A wide range of services are offered, including shops, diving opportunities, or beauty treatments. In the Spa Centre I would especially recommend enjoying one (or more) of the many kind of massage sessions. The variety of food at each meal was very wide, combined with high quality and delicious flavors. Either lovers of Italian cuisine or local flavours, everyone can find the dishes to their liking. Besides I particularly liked the cocktail selection in the bars and also the little dessert specialities during the Easter holidays. Only good things to say about the hotel staff too, the receptionists, waiters and the bar staff are all very friendly and helpful, providing fast and professional service. The animation team does a fantastic job, during the day they organise fun activities for all age groups, which are definitely worth taking part in. The team creates a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the village, and makes the time spent there special and even more enjoyable. Every evening there are shows in the theatre, like talent shows and cabaret shows, which are all high-quality performances with a free and easy atmosphere. It was a pleasure to meet the Bravo team, and I wish the very best for all of them! I heartily recommend the Gemma to everyone who is looking for a fantastic vacation in Egypt!
