Excellent customer service, amazing architecture/ design and smart floorplan. Excellent room (free upgrade)! Great ambiance though also respecting tranquility for the guests. Animation team and personnel bring good atmosphere to hotel. Special mention for Ayman by the pool who is a great ambassador for this hotel, always smiling, giving us that holiday feeling from day one.

Facing the beachfront, Jaz Maraya Resort offers 5-star accommodation in Marsa Alam City and features an outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. We only stayed one day at Jaz Maraya after 10 days in the south and Luxor but it was so blissful. The hotel is stunning, be it the location and views, the interior design and the fantastic friendly staff. The food was miles above everything we had before with an outstanding selection of dishes to suit all tastes. Last, but not least, the reef on the nearby bay is spectacular. Only wish we had more time and flatter seas to appreciate it to its best. PS : it s only a 5min drive from the airport, so you re on holidays quicker than anywhere else

Pickalbatros Sea World is by far my favorite resort on the Red Sea among the many resorts that I stayed at. The facilities deserve the highest rating. For example, dining tables are luxurious granite top tables. The rooms are modern, new and emaculately clean. Pickalbatros Sea World is a large complex of two story bungalows, beautiful swimming pools, six restaurants, a clinic, nicknack stores, gym and other facilities. A morning walk would easily put 10,000 steps on your fitbit or iwatch. You would need a week to enjoy the variety of food and try the various restaurants. Last but not least is the customer service. The staff would go to the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Example: A delicious looking eggplant dish included ground beef. Being vegetarian, we inquired if the kitchen offers the same dish without beef. We were pleasantly surprised that one of the chefs presented the delicious vegetarian version on our table within 10 minutes. Our appreciation goes to the wait staff especially Osama! Our stay at Sea World wouldn't have been as pleasant and as comfortable without the effort of Mr. Haitham Elsawah, Manager of the front desk team. Thank you, Mr. Haitham and Sea World team!

Oasis", i had an idea and picture in my mind of the meaning of this word before our trip. After our trip, i can truly say i found a little gem of a diversparadise in Marsa Alam. From arriving in the airport to saying goodbye at the end of our trip, we were greeted with so much warmth, kindness and professionalism that will blow your mind totally in the positive way 😁 The hotel, a collection of little houses with seaview, and opendeck restaurant give you the feeling of being in a tiny community, actually divefamily. Food is buffetstyle in the morning and evening and even possible for lunch. We chose a la carte for lunch. Always tasty, never blend or boring and even spicy is an option 😉 We stayed 7 nights and were never offered the same dish twice. Divecenter I have dived all over the globe and can honestly say that this divecenter exceeds all expectations. Very personal and professional service: top notch briefings, enthousiastic and kind guides, helpfulness of all the divepersonel (in house and after dives), decent equipement and so on... A big thank you to all of you @ Oasis, i had an amazing holiday and hope to be back some day!

We definitely love this property, in following ways: The hotel is quite big, it has beautiful swimming pools and each living block has its own swimming pool. Everything is clean and well managed. You can swim for about 5 to 10 minutes and reach the coral reef simply from the hotel’s private beach. That’s an activity I recommend every guest to have a try. The stuff are great. We received a warm welcome with welcome drinks as we arrived. Then to our surprise, they kindly upgraded our room. The stuff in front desk, room service team, restaurant, among the beach or swimming pool, all of them work to their best to make guests happy. Oh, btw, we tried 2 restaurants and the main buffet restaurant, food is good. This stay is definitely above our expectations.
