The apartment was - clean - has a lot of commodities - shutters which makes it very convenient to sleep after sunrise (compared to having curtains or blackouts. - The kitchen had many appliances. - trash gets collected from in-front of the building very frequently - Having a roof with a barbecue to enjoy with family was very nice. - being able to see the pool from the balcony made it easy to see when to go to the pool - it is in the 2nd floor but the stairs are made very well that it wasn’t hard to go up or down at all The sea is very clean and having a heated pool was very convenient. There is delivery to the property which is convenient . Security is always around and helpful The owner is very helpful, he shared a ton of locations, google maps links to facilitate the stay, he was always available when we had a question The property is very convenient for a family due to having 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms.

Jennifer and Moody are really helpful and caring.

Excellent customer service, everyone was so polite and cheerful, each service was provided with a smile. Wherever we go staff members always checking that everything is good (at the restaurant, beach, lobby…etc).

Το Coral Sea Beach βρίσκεται σε μια ιδιωτική παραλία στο Ain El Sokhna και προσφέρει φανταστική θέα στο El Sokhna. Overall one of the best hotels in the area. Exceptional customer service. Manager Mr. Tariq impressively goes extra miles to accommodate and care for your needs and he seems to be everywhere on the premises! Mr. Mohamed from the front desk is professional, dedicated and competent with a hilarious sense of humor. Staff in general were amazing; very friendly and smiling all the time. Food was nice with excellent varieties. We specially liked the indoor heated pool as we were unlucky weather-wise (too cold water for outdoor pools, aquapark and beach for the kids). The heated pool saved our holiday. Still, the hotel includes an impressive variety of outdoor pools as well as a game room. Hotel offers around the clock free Golf car rides to the nearby beach which i found excellent, specially for elderly and those who are unable to walk (P.S: beach is not that far: 5-10min walk) We visited during the Eid holiday and we were greeted with Eid cookies in our spacious, clean rooms, also they had a nightly lovely program for kids, not sure if this goes all year long, but it was very entertaining for the kids. In my opinion, apart from the great accommodation and facilities, what makes this place stand out is the impressive treatment by all staff. Hats up. A great hidden gem

Everything, the hotel and facilities are flawless. The team and staff in the hotel are super well trained they make you feel like home.
