I had such a good stay here that I booked for 1 week and stayed for 3. The price was good as it's rainy season. Every member of staff was friendly and polite, regardless of their role. The room was large and comfy and everything in it worked well. Lots of power points and USB points beside the bed. The pools are amazing and as there are so many, it was easy to find one that was empty. I had a couple of meals in the main restaurant, and the food was excellent. The rest of the time I hate in the healthier cafe and loved the food there. The staff in it were always so welcoming and kind, even though they must have been sick of the sight of me after 3 weeks. Sofia was particularly good as she spotted what you'd need before you needed it. I don't like gyms and fitness, but the gym was well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The shuttle to a couple of beaches was handy if you didn't have transport. I'd love to stay in this hotel again.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! Trust me, if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, you’re going to love this place. It’s a little piece of paradise. We are so happy we booked the beachfront room for our stay, as the beach was always right outside our doorstep. Service was exceptional, always doing their best to ensure we had a quality experience. Joy and Maiekla were especially good to us, going out of their way multiple times to take care of us. Even though there were other guests at the resort, it never felt crowded. In fact, it always felt like we were in our own little bubbles, never really needing to interact at all. It made it feel as if the resort was completely our own. The pool, the reclining pool chairs, the hammocks…everything was available anytime we wanted. For the first time in a long time, my girlfriend and I felt completely relaxed and at ease. Not a care in the world. And we have The Mooring Resort to thank for that. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Highly recommend resort. Rooms are large and extremely comfortable beds. Great pool and sun deck with plenty of beds and shade plus sun. Cant fault anything. I will be back.

It was clean, staff was helping and smiling. Service was great, even for the checking at the airports on our way back staff was there!

Set in Patong Beach, 2 km from Patong Beach, The Villa Residences Resort offers accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. This place was amazing. Real value for money. Nice location which made it easy to reach places. Mr. Toto and Mr. Sebastian were gems. Staff too were polite and nice. Pool looked good but didn't try it. Lots of shops and restaurants close by.
