We had an excellent stay in Halong Bay. but a special mention for Alice who was in contact with us throughout the stay and who helped us make this experience exceptional. Nam is an excellent host and knows rhe town very well. His recommendations for restaurants/ bar and shopping helped us enjoy our stay in the town even more.

It was very easy to check in, the owner came immediately after a call from the reception. The appartement was as on the pictures, even more beautiful! The sea view was AMAZING!!! There is a balcony where you could have a coffee/tea in the morning while admiring the view. It was even more breathtaking in the night time when the city lights out! Mr Thuy was amazing and helpful. We could ask anything, he made sure it’s done! He even followed up days after we left his appartement to be sure we were alright! It felt like being part of a family!
