The bathroom by the pool area was not very clean but makes sense because all the guests would use those while the pool is open.

The hotel is great, super family friendly. We came to abu Dhabi to celebrate my husband's 40s and the staff was amazing. When we came back from a tour on his birthday we came back and they had the room decorated with a super yummy chocolate cake. The pool is great, there is always a lifeguard around the adults and kids area. Activities for children all time. The shuttle to all the locations is great, good service and helpful - big thanks to the driver though! The breakfast was great, variety of food for both, adults and children. We loved our room, it was spacious, comfortable and the house keeping service was always helpful at any time. They got us an amazing price for 2 theme parks as well, so ask for offers at the counter. Don't miss it on your next visit to Abu Dhabi! Don't forget to bring your repellent because mosquitoes in the afternoon are all over.

there is not much to do outside the hotel, which is compensated for by the trips to Yas Island. the one real problem I had is that the pool works from 8 am - 8 pm, so why was it still being cleared at 8.30, especially if the beach is closed (due to the government order after previous rains)

very classy hotel, fancy room. we didn't want to take breakfast but got a discount at the reception and weren't disappointed. there is asian, indian and standard options, deserts, and 3 coffee machines. also an indoor way to the next-door mall. and free buses to Mosque and Yas island(mall, ferrari, Warner brothers, seaworld and waterworld)

The beach was closed while we were there - not the hotel’s fault but annoying just the same .

All the amenities you need - we had a lovely room in the new part of the hotel - spotlessly clean . Lovely swimming pool and nice beach area. Fantastic gym facilities too.

It’s next to a highway and can be a bit noisy if your room is on that side.

The property itself was not close to transport but taxis were readily available.

The room was amazing! Clean, big and all you could need. The breakfast buffet was superb and staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were clean and relaxing to sit by.

Decor could do with an update. Check-in was quite slow (over 30 mins while room was made ready).

Breakfast was nice but probably needs a larger area as can get quite busy. Received a room upgrade and had a late check out.

Our recent stay at Al Raha Beach Hotel was amazing. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception team deserves special commendation for their outstanding service. Check-in was a breeze, thanks to their efficiency and friendliness. Entering our room, we were delighted to find it impeccably clean and beautifully appointed. The comfort of the room made it feel like a home away from home. The pool area was well-maintained, offering a serene environment to soak up the sun. Overall, our experience surpassed our expectations. The upgraded rooms in the extension building are a long walk from the hotel lobby.

Everything was amazing. Kind reception staff. Top class facilities. Wonderful, massive bathroom. Fabulous balcony. The most comfortable beds. I did not want to leave!

The only negative point is security deposit, it was not mentioned in booking.com and it was a bad/negative surprise when I checked-in.
