The staff at this property provided one of the worst experiences I've ever had. There was minimal verbal communication, with most interactions occurring through pre-saved messages on WhatsApp. Additionally, our air conditioning malfunctioned four times during our stay, each time taking one to two days to fix, only for the error to reappear shortly after. On the day of check-in, we were not provided with keys, and no one at Deluxe Homes seemed aware of the issue, leaving us stranded in the apartment on our first day. I advise caution when considering properties managed by Deluxe Homes, as their poor service extends to charging for any assistance requested.

First day fire alarm went off on its own during night and the 3rd day entire power went off. Had to call Maintanance to fix the same. Both days did not get good sleep and our 3 months year old infant baby was uncomfortable because of this issues
