Basically everything - it’s pretty new, it’s modern. The desert is pristine. The staff were very warm and friendly from the buggy drivers, maintenance guys, restaurant staff, reception.

Lack of professional staff.

The rooms are big, well designed and enjoyable. The pool is very small and with limited privacy. The restaurant is ok at best and the staff dramatically lacks training. They are friendly but mostly clueless.

everything was amazing, we stayed in many many hotels in uae over the last decade but this was by far the most enjoyable stay, the views are out if this planet, the comfort and privacy of ur own villa and private pool, thr evening bbq, just amazing! and the staff was so friendly and caring! thank u!

Amazing place. The desert looks endless. Fun activities for the families with kids. The staff is so friendly and makes you feel at home. Loved everything about our stay. Comfortable beds, very clean rooms, all requests are attended efficiently. Special thanks to the Chef that baked my birthday cake. This was by far the best cake I’ve had in UAE.

It's a three-hour drive from Dubai but well worth it even just for the view. Lots of outdoor activities to try too. My friends and I had a really great time. Facilities 8.5/10 and service was 10/10. Thanks again to Clarson who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful and comfortable!

The kitchen supplies can be a bit better. Like salt and pepper in the pots, sugar and more crockery.

This is a perfect getaway to recharge and enjoy the beautiful desert. The heated pool and fire area made is an exceptional experience. We would definitely return.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very well designed hotel. Spacious villas. Has a private pool. Able to explore the desert just at your doorstep. Staff were excellent. Always ready to help.

Really special stay with your own villa and private pool. Excellent place to unwind from a busy city life and completely switch off. Rooms were very clean and room service was quick. We used the barbecue and it was amazing

The staff were unable to answer a lot of our questions particularly about the activities and had to constantly double check information. Requests for items like ice and in room dining menu were not met and had to be repeated several times. No food (snacks) service (only drinks) around the pool seemed a little odd. Very small, not well equipped kids play area. The resort seems to cater best for guests on all inclusive packages and seems to forget about those that are not on packages, like us. The lounge room in the villa was not comfortable and the AC throughout was very noisy and not always working properly. There was one restaurant onsite with a very small buffet and limit Al a carte menu, if you stayed more than a few days you would run out of options for food very quickly.

The location was breathtaking, the villa was private, the staff were friendly. Despite everything the resort was missing, we still had a great time and would recommend the property to anyone that wants to unwind and relax.
