The pool was a regular JBR pool, might need a bar.

Excellent room size, the location was perfect for what i was looking for. The restaurant and the bar very good. Nice food and drinks and the staff super helpful and professional.

There was road noise to be heard. If you are sensitive to noise, it may bother you.

The location is great, close to the beach and metro. Perfect lication also for a walk, lits od restaurants around. Room was very big, we had two connected rooms, which was perfect for our family. Lots of storage spaces. We liked the pool and gym. Staff was helpful and kind.

There is really nothing to complain of. The location itself is at the marine direct and you have everything you need nearby which can be reached without a car. Also the beach is right behind the building with many restaurants , bars and everything u need for a day or night life outgoing. The Hotel is just build in the middle of a dream place! The hotel itself ain't a 4 Star hotel. This hotel is much more Worth if you look into the details. From the reception to the lobby, restaurant/bar, rooms. Everything is clean. The staff on every ground is helpfull, respectfull, giving attention to every detail you ask for, the breakfast was amazing. A big thanks to Neethu Piyush Umang . Such lovely and kind people, their hospitality were like being at home or talking with old good friends. I only can recommend this hotel. And we surely will book here again

Only one issue was that we reached the hotel almost 2am in the morning and the extra bed was not ready, we were tired and sleepy and had to wait for 30 - 40 mins for the bed.

The location was perfect, , 5 mins walk to the beach. Breakfast was nice, quite a lot of selection of food at breakfast. Staff was helpful at breakfast. Very spacious room.

The exit to the balcony was chained, so I could not properly open the window and the floot to ceiling window could do with a wash. Otherwise a great place.

I was upgraded to an absolutely gorgeous huge room with a beautifull living room and practical kitchen. Everyone was very friendly, I needed help with a transfer and that was arranged quickly and at the reasonable price! The hotel has a very convenient and efficient room-service system and my orders arrived quickly and the food tasted great.

Old fashioned interior. No shoehorn in the room and wasn't provided by request. Annoying waiting of the lift all the time. Breakfast: the restaurant is very small, menu could be better, for example no salmon which is usually presented in all good hotels.

The food could be more variated, cos we were quite tired in the end of the vacations. Also I didn’t get why they couldn’t offer us cocktails, but we can have a shots and different juices and beverages. As I see it, they can easily mix all ingredients and offer also cocktails

Everything was good. We bought “all inclusive”. Friendly staff, delicious food, very clean room, tee and coffee in the room for free. On lunch and breakfast you can have an alcohol. The beach is near by the hotel. They have swimming pool, but it’s not so big. Also we really enjoy the location

Breakfast is a bit chaotic and repetitive. Lifts are too few for such a big place. But that did not spoil our time there.

The best possible location. I was happy we were given the type of room we wished for.And free late check out. It was our third time in this hotel and we will definitely return

Balcony few to the sea is blocked by some other hotel. You are good to enjoy a part sea view.

The location is great, and also the hotel-personal, which was very helpfull. I received a second-floor room, but after a short request get a 10th floor with double-bed and balcony instead. The room was indead very clean, but the furniture and design is a bit out of time (90s-2000 style). However I had a great and relaxed stay in this hotel.
