Basic toileties available, the rest you need to request like toothbrushes, hotel slippers. They dont have vanity kit (shave or cotton to use for your night regimen).

Hotel is decent and above rating for a 3-star. Room is cozy and comfy. The shuttle is an added bonus for moving around. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Buffet attendants are very adoptive to refills.

There is no international power socket that could serve all the types of power socket requirements. But they provided a sufficient number of USB ports at every corner that were easily accessible when you sleep, walk, work, etc. (but in general, power sockets are faster than USB port connections).

Area is not great. Quite a way from the main attractions.Confusion about airport shuttle. Free shuttle but only runs every two hours. Has difficulty arranging a taxi to airport

better room size and there was no toiletries we had to ask multiple times it would be better of the room was prepared before hand with everything needed like toothbrush and toothpaste

The rooms are new built with good view. It has good facilities like pool and gym. There are few shops around it which makes it ideal for people who wants to shop closely. Also, there breakfast was ok, not the best but ok.

Overall, our hotel stay was enjoyable. While bathroom toiletries were difficult to dispense, it wasn't a major concern as we prefer our own. However, the lack of a door stopper between rooms could pose a safety risk for families. Front desk staff were cooperative and helpful in resolving issues.

Regarding the food from our breakfast buffet, it was good but not that appetizing compared to other hotels we went. I hope you can upgrade by having fried rice as you have Asian guests as well. I didn't liked the waffle, too.. I'm sorry. But apart from that, my husband & I enjoyed our overnight stay.

We liked the cleanliness & the ambiance during our stay. We will definitely recommend and come back again.

Check-in was swift as the front desk staff was very professional. This was our second stay with young kids. Breakfast was awesome. Keep shining and serving the customers the same. The location is very convenient, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby.
