Excellent and friendly staff, space to breathe and relax in hotel restaurant and lounge. Bar staff kind and everyone welcoming. Stayed at this hotel before and was looking forward to returning.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and the shower was small in the en suite. Room was overall pleasant but the shower felt a little cramped when in use.

The location was great for our needs, as we came to London to attend a wedding close-by.

The room was uncomfortable, dark, and dirty. The wood floors were dusty, along with pretty much every other surface in the room—covered in dust. There was a partial hole in one wall, the television was askew, and cookies for guests placed out of sight as if hospitality was an afterthought. The staff was polite but not very welcoming or genuine. Would not stay again or recommend.
