The new concept is no staff and do it yourself. However facilities for this concept were not ready yet but staff didnt do anything anymore and no information was provided. No cleaning, no toiletbrush and no place yet to get ameneties, like toiletpaper. Unclear what to do with trash, and no trashbags. Towels and mattress with huge stains. No fitted bedsheet so you woke up on the bare mattress. Too much communication by email and sms after the fact or after check-out (alarmtest warning afterwards, maintenance announcement after start, checkin procedure after checking out). New concept didnt work when staying 7 nights. Wonder how concept will work when change is fully ready.

Good location, near public transportation or on foot. Staff was nice and helpfull when present. Renovated room on the small side but sufficent. Coffeemaker, waterboiler and worldadapters present.

Room code didn’t work so were given a different room. When we booked it was for a serviced hotel room but we were given an unserviced room as Numa had taken over. We had to keep asking for supplies, ie toilet paper, towels, tea bags etc. Sometimes there was no one around to ask. Different codes were given for front door and room. The front door code was meant to give access to the floor however it didn’t work so we had to use elevator.

No breakfast was provided.

Lacked the usual warm welcome feel of a hotel reception. There was a desk and a nice member of staff there to assist clients during switchover period to what will be a digital online setup. Not sure how you would cope if you didn’t have a smart phone or it was stolen/broken . Any problems you are expected to address via WhatsApp which always struggled to find my reservation

They changed cleaning policy and did not clean our room for 5 nights. They removed little attentions such as cookies and newspaper in the entrance.

Perfect location at the heart of London and close to Regent Park. Good value for money while the room was pretty small.

There were glasses instead of mugs in the rooms. However with the very recent change in ownership, this may well be addressed in the coming weeks. No fridge in room, but these will be installed shortly too.

Simple, no frills hotel, yet everything you need! Very comfy beds, tea and coffee facilities in room. No keys or key card to lose as access is via keypad code. Free WiFi. Great location just off Tottenham Court Road, close to Soho, Oxford Street and 10/15 minute walk from Trafalgar Square. 2 minute walk from British Museum. The staff are very friendly and treat guests as real people, not just a number like in other more well known hotel chains. Close to a number of tube stations and a few of the theatres.

Spacious room, room temperature easy to regulate. Day light bathroom which made a real change. European plugs/adapters in room was a bonus

Since room cleaning is done every three days, it is necessary to notify the reception to request a towel change or any supplies that have run out in the room.

The location is great, we walked around the city to many places without using public transportation. There are many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars, and shopping opportunities in the surrounding area. The employees were very kind and helpful.

The only negative thing was the hot water went for an entire day but this was something that was out of the hotel's control and they were doing their best to resolve it.

Bedford Corner Hotel was just what we were looking for. We were not going to spend a lot of time in our room but we needed somewhere clean, comfortable and central. We were traveling with a 11 month year old and they were very accommodating.

Shower needs to be fully enclosed as to avoid flooding the whoile bathroom, or the shower needs to be bigger. Lack of shelf in bathroom to be able too place wash bag items
