The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable and the bed could have been bigger

Bathroom was unclean, shower dirty, towel had marks on it and toilet lid looked like it had something sprayed on it.

Parking and breakfast was included. Good location close to kelpies. Dinner was good value and quick.

The room was incredibly warm at all times of the day and even worse at night, the windows don't open much (like most hotels) so we had a fan on constantly but it didn't seem to do much. Also there was some really noisey hotel guests at night.. again not the hotels fault.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, the lady in reception and a lady that worked in the restaurant area I think she was called Arlene, they where both particularly accommodating. Also a full vegan menu which is great to see! Tried a few things on it the first night of our stay and it was lovely!

If I had to be critical it would be the view from the room at the rear.

The food in general was excellent and the hotel is well located only a short walk into town and all the amenities.

Unfortunately had a problem with tv in room 16. Staff eventually got it working but channels very limited and remote not working on all buttons. Second day power kept going off. Fault eventually traced to water in kettle base in another guests room tripping out circuit so not Fault of staff.

Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfasts good. Staff all friendly and helpful.

Very busy on arrival in the lounge, bar area. Disturbed nights sleep due to lots of noise from ajoining rooms.

The reason for my visit was to see a family member at the local hospital. Breakfast was a buffet with a fantastic selection on offer. The staff team couldn't have been any nicer, everyone was approachable and very pleasant.

OK....hyper picky.....it has limited facilities (no gym etc) Even more picky......nothing

Our room (75) next to the main door for hotel guests could hear alot of banging and chatting from other guests/staff going in and out throughout the night. it was a really hot day/evening, no air con or fan available with only a tiny window in the room that looked onto overgrown bushes and felt like you were in a bunker. For the price, comfort really needs to be given more thought.

The staff were genuinely lovely, couldn't fault them at all. The restaurant was great and food delicious.

Parking spaces were tight, especially at busy times and when we left there was loads of rubbish right outside the hotel entrance (presumably from guests, not hotel waste)

Bathroom requires further attention. No hooks to hang clothes on, no shelves to put shaving gear on, no shelving inside shower area for soaps and shampoos, poor lighting for shaving.

Excellent cuisine and service. Spacious bedroom and dining area. Very efficient staff. Proximity to Kelpies and Falkirk Wheel.
