The sheets are a little thin.

This accommodation is very good, the landlord is very friendly, we arrived early to help us arrange our luggage, and the most satisfying thing is breakfast, which is very delicious and the coffee is excellent. I drank two cups! If you come here, it is highly recommended.

The day break alarm clock seagulls squawking very early in the morning and tramping our roof for nest building which was just unfortunate.

We were warmly welcomed by Tracy (owner) who was very friendly and helpful. She cooked an excellent English breakfast and also accommodated for gluten free. Our view from Room 3 on top floor looked towards St Ives harbour was beautiful this made up for the tight space around the bed. The bed was too firm so Tracy supplied an additional mattress projector which helped. In a good location as a quiet section of street, a walk downhill to beach, harbour, train station, bus stop, shops and restaurants.

Lovely welcome, great room and bathroom. Easy to find, parking was easy and with a 10 minute walk into the town. Breakfast was very good, especially the locally produced sausages. Thank you

Lovely room,hosts were lovely went out their way to make our stay lovely. Breakfast was great with alot of choice. Bed was the most comfortable we've stayed in. Will definitely be returning.

Breakfast here was amazing and locally produced with lots of choices. The location was great for us 5 minutes from the harbour and bars and restaurants. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, the bedroom was cosy and comfortable with amenities included. Would highly recommend a stay here and will definitely be booking again.

The room we had was one of the smaller ones available, but if you're in the area to look around and not spend a lot of time in there it's fine. Seagulls were loud, but that's nothing to do with the B&B!

Breakfast was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and nice, the building was maintained well and it was very close to the harbour and everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very little to fault at all, but a tiny tiny thing was the TV was on the fritz a bit which got a bit annoying when trying to wind down after a busy day. But again an incredibly minor bug bear as the stay overall was excellent.

Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable and a lovely quiet, relaxing stay. Breakfast was cooked well and location was very good. Well worth the money.

A fair walk to the shops and beach. The hotel was situated at the top of the resort which is hilly. Would have been nice to have had a little more milk left in the room for tea/coffee ( little cartoons only enabled each of us to have 1 hot drink each) Usually had clean towels daily but I think they got overlooked as was left for 2 days and I had to ask for clean/dry towels.

Breakfast was cooked freshly every morning. It was always hot. Eggs cooked to your individual liking. Other choices available besides the full English if preferred. There was only parking for 4 vehicles ( 2 in front, 2 behind) but everyone was amenable and Moved cars around after breakfast if other visitors wanted to use their cars for touring the area. A fabulous view from our room 4 window. Rooms serviced every day.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low. Could have done with a power shower. There was enough room and less noisy. The bathroom needed some air freshener or spray.

Spotlessly clean room. Bright and fresh furnishings. Cleaned everyday. Warm and friendly host. The location was great. Close to the station, town and beaches.

We stayed four nights and loved absolutely everything about it. Our room was very clean and comfortable, the furniture and details were special and beautiful. The view was amazing and we loved sitting in front of the windows to enjoy it. The breakfast was fresh and prepared to our liking.
