The cabin floors were not swept, the bathroom tap was dirty, there was cigarette ash in the bathroom. The cereal bowls had not been washed up properly, and showed traces of food.

There was a bit too much furniture in our room. This meant space was a little limited.

There were a variety of things provided for our breakfast. We had accommodation in a little garden courtyard away from the road. They were very quick to help us with a television problem and it was speedily resolved.

Room gets a little warm.

Rooms were really well set up with everything you needed including a continental breakfast. The pub itself is really good, great locals!!! Excellent food. Wish I was there longer to sample more. Great hosts.

The room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was provided in the room and there was a good choice. There was also a good selection of evening meals which were great value for money. We liked the location near to the Suffolk coast.

The bathroom in the pod was a little bit small and the shower was barely warm. The pod got very warm overnight.

Breakfast had variety with more than enough to eat. The location was great with many places to visit within a 30 mile radius. Meals at the pub were good value for money.

Only one flat pillow each in room which was uncomfortable. Bed was also a bit on the hard side.

Liked reasonable pricing. Food in pub good. Room very clean and some nice touches - small fridge in room, toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Good location- easy drive to Aldeburgh beach (5 mins) and Snape Maltings.

1) The shower appeared to be broken, initially temperature would not adjust and would not turn off - a member of staff had to bash it to get it switched off. 2) It was a hot day and the milk for our breakfast had gone off in the fridge by the morning.

We stayed in one of the pods to our delight. It was a different, small but adequate for our one night stay. The breakfast which was pre- packed in the fridge, & cool bag met our needs. Very quiet location. Would return if in the area and would recommend if you want something a little different. Would have loved to had a drink in the bar at night, however, only open during certain hours

The accommodation was shabby and in need of refreshing. The wooden floor was covered in sand/grit and hair/fluff and even after mentioning this to the proprietor, who said that she would tell the cleaner, it was not much better. The skirting boards were not clean, nor were corners and in a couple of places there were dust/cobwebs e.g. above the kettle which was on top of the microwave! On the inside the fridge the door shelf was in need of wiping. Only one pillow each was provided and they were extremely hard and uncomfortable. There were no fire evacuation instructions or fire extinguisher. We were in the courtyard, room 1, so we cannot comment on the other two or on the Glamping Pods.

The picture of the accommadation was a detached pod. When we got there it was a small challet terrace of three. The adjacent pub is not open on Mondays so there was no evening meal or cooked breakfast as read in the other reviews.

Amazing break. Excellent value. Could Do enough for you. The meal in the pub was fantastic and amazing value. Tina is an absolute credit and works so hard to make you happy. Would definitely stay again
