Not a big deal but shower didn't have door. Also no elevators to the first floor so be prepared to bring up suitcases up the stairs at least once.

Location was excellent. Staff was great. Breakfast was delicious. It was in the center. Acropolis walkable. Get earplugs as Athens is noisy at night.

Because the hotel is so central (easy to get to the airport, close to all the attractions) - it is also quite noisy. Not hotel’s fault at all and that’s what you get with such a brilliant location but it’s good to know if you are a light sleeper.

We had absolutely fantastic stay for a couple of nights. The location is just perfect, rooms (and beds!) are comfortable but it’s the staff who absolutely made our stay beyond amazing. They were all very kind and helpful.

Not having been more time there

We were there for 1 week, and it exceeded all the expectations we had. The staff was awesome! Just after arriving, the staff explained to us all the things we should do in Athens, and provided us with the room with the best views without extra cost. In any request we had, they were more than happy to help us. We included breakfast and dinner, and it was perfect. It covered more than we could eat, and the staff in the restaurant was awesome! One day we arrived at 00.00 from the airport, and we asked if they could prepare some food for us, and they brought it directly to the room!! The location is just some meters from all the points of interest of Athens. On the last day, we were also gifted with some drinks from Greece. It is with a difference our best trip ever!

There were some drawbacks, but they wouldn't deter me from recommending this hotel. The location was superb for sightseeing, with everything within a few minutes' walk and right in the city center. However, this also meant very noisy streets, especially on weekends and holidays (until 4am-5am). While the hotel offers earplugs, they weren't sufficient for me, so I brought my own silicone earplugs, which helped ensure a good night's sleep. Again, this is not their fault and out of their control - it’s what you get for the excellent location. Extremely convenient to travel to and from the airport too (using the metro). Regarding the room, the decor was pleasing, but the bathroom could use improvement. The lack of a door in the shower resulted in water splashing throughout the bathroom, which could easily be resolved with a glass door. Additionally, as others have noted, the toilet had a tendency to splash water when flushed, which was less than hygienic. We learned to step away before flushing to avoid this issue.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly, providing exceptional service from check-in to check-out. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful, making our experience truly unforgettable and the highlight of our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the breakfast was wonderful. With an extensive menu to choose from, along with juice and coffee, it was a delightful start to the day. I particularly enjoyed the savory pancakes, which became a daily favorite, although we also sampled other options as my husband and I shared. The coffee was also of high quality. The room was clean and offered a fantastic view of the Acropolis from the balcony. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. Overall we had an excellent stay and I’d recommend the hotel.

Excellent location, all main attraction are within walking distance, excellent taverns, restaurants and shops are located next to the hotel. Breakfast is served in highly rated tavern and hotel guests also have a discount at the tavern for lunch and dinner.

Just for your awareness the street is full of bars so it’s quite noisy at night, but I had no problems to sleep and it’s not properties fault.

All the people I met at reception were great, there’re nice views of Acropolis and location is great.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The location was excellent. Everything in walking distance. 24 hr reception. Fabulous views of the Acropolis from the Roof Terrace and Room Balcony if you book that option. The staff were so friendly and helpful with everything. In particular Christiana and Arsenis always smiling and chatty. Room was comfortable and very clean. We opted for half board and the breakfast and main meals were varied and delicious. It was an a-la-carte menu and the half board was up to 20e per person. You could pay extra if you wanted additional dishes. It was always busy so had a nice buzz too. The evening staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful too.
