Steep stairs to get to our unit made it difficult to carry our heavy luggage. Staff helped, but still a major issue.

Little far out from the center and in the middle of the road/ hills, prepare claiming if you are on your feet. Bella who's is the receptionist that claimed she's the manager of the place, had horrible attitude , very impatient and rude. If it’s one time thing , I would find her an excuse as miscommunication or misunderstanding or maybe she had a bad day. However ,extreme horrible experience happened during my check in and check out, I would say this is how she is. She was very loud ( yelling ) and rolling her eyes while she was talking to me and when I asked if she’s ok and she’s pretending nothing happened. I asked two additional questions from a local person as a traveler first time being there. And she already showed impatient and u willing to answer and explain. I did not know how she got the job to work there as a manager as she claimed. She should not have work there. Because of her , ruin my day and mode of travel. I deeply felt mistreated and I do not want to use the term racist. If I could , I would cursed out to her by the way she treated me , however , I have minor is traveling with me and I did not. However, I really don’t think I need to be pretend nice when I felt insulted.
