I loved the views from the room, beach, breakfast and most importantly staff - especially restaurant and reception staff, they made our stay so much better ❤️❤️

Nothing, seriously !

The best hotel I’ve ever been in a while. The location and the beach are amazing, the staff is so welcoming and trying to help you with every single thing. The rooms are big and clean, the view in room 4 was the best and the balcony more than comfortable. Breakfast is top notch, free parking right next door, wish we could have stayed longer !

Superb stay in this beach front hotel near Chania..The staff are super helpful and do everything to make a stay here perfect. The food in the restaurant is very good and the restaurant stays open all evening which is super convenient . The breakfasts are excellent.

Everything was great. Particularly the stuff, who with their commitment and helpfulness made the stay very pleasant and trouble-free. Very nice and spacious rooms, very well equipped. Our room had a view to the sea and it was very nice to hear the sound of waves in the morning right under our own windows. From the hotel yard you go straight down onto the beach with a few stairs. The sandy beach is long, very clean and with lots of sea shells. The bar is well equipped, breakfasts plentiful with a large selection of local delicacies. The restaurant serves such delicious meals that you do not feel like looking for anything else somewhere in the town.

The professionalism of the staff, the location of the hotel just by the beach, the food at the restaurant, the nice and spacious room. We felt home for 4 days. There are plenty of restaurants near by for lunch or dinner.

Everything was great. The hotel, the free sunbeds, the service on the beach, the staff (maids, reception, waiters). The breakfast was not the same every day.

Jacuzzi was cold most days and with Sand in. Could have a sign to ask clients to shower before getting in. Water provided which was great but could provide 2 glasses

The only thing we can come up with is an overall upgrade regarding coffee facilities. The Nescafé in the room was scarce for two coffee-a-holics. The coffee served at breakfast came from a machine and wasn’t the best we have tasted. The quality on this matter could need an upgrade in terms of real espresso / latte / Flat white …

Very nice beach and water, as well as the sunset view and on a small island just in front, breakfast, hydromassage, location and amazing staff make this place perfect for relaxing holidays. Excursions can be also easily arranged from the hotel location. Will come back for sure 😃

I think they should have a shower outside the hotel in a bathroom, so people can enjoy the last day(check out day) on the beach and still have a shower.

The staff of the hotel is great, they are always looking to help you. Specially Costas was great! The beach is next to the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants. The beach itself is great and the water very warm. Might not be the clearest but certainly is enjoyable.

Everything. Very comfortable bed, clean room provided with all the necessary amenities. AMAZING BREAKFAST, hotel right on the beach, with THE KINDEST AND MOST AVAILABLE STAFF. I loved the dinners too, in fact I never went elsewhere because at Elia Agia Marina i had the best Moussaka dishes and more.

The hotel was very nice, right next to the beach. Friendly, helpful staff, rich breakfast. The possibility of using beach towels and beach equipment was great. The room was good and clean but in my opinion has quite uncomfortable shower in the bathroom. Since we got a room with a direct seaview it was not issue for us and we enjoyed the stay :)

Everything was great

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was spotlessly clean. We had a room with a sea view and a balcony. The staff were very helpful and service was excellent. Lost as in particular was fantastic. We had half board and although the menu was not huge, the food was very fresh, tasty and they had daily specials. The fish was superb. The hotel is in a busy resort but it was very quiet at night and it’s on the beachfront. We sat and had dinner on the terrace every night and watched the sunset. The spa is also great. We also enjoyed the Pilates class on the terrace. We will be back for sure!
