The overall design was refreshing yet with personality & taste. Location from our point of view was ideal. Close enough to the port yet in a quiet sector that is noticeably adapting to the Piraeus evolution that is slowly taking place. A comfortable apartment that works

Hot water requires 20 minute warm up via circuit breaker. Owner gives you the instructions prior to arrival but still a pain when you forget!

Good location for short walk to ferries - seat-jets gate E9. Did the job for a one night stay and early up for the islands. Strip club across the road.

The building from the outside did not look very attracting but when you go in the room we were positively surprised. Old elevator but there is also a stairway.

Nice appartment in Piraus. With drinks and snacks in the fridge. One bedroom and a big couch where the children could sleep well. Nice and clean bathroom.

There was late nite music nearby. Not a problem for me sleeping but if a light sleeper it might be bothersome when awake.

Shortage of large cups , had to use a large glass for tea. The controllers for TV and Air Con need new batteries. The constant working on the flat above with a drill was most annoying, good job i had not booked 2 days. The toilet cistern permanently filled the toilet all the time, another annoying noise.

Only thing is probably that it was opposite a night club, got a bit noisy at night.

Clean, tidy, had a great shower and air conditioning.

Noisy outside bars on the street whole night till 6 am. Very bad old used mattress in main bedroom. Leaking drain in the bathroom. Very noisy demolition works in adjecent apartment on Sunday from 9 am. I would’n recommend it for one night stay.

Good location close to Pireaus port. Relatively clean flat and good instructions.

This appartment is situated across the road from two XXX venues. It isn't somewhere I would be comfortable coming back to in the evening when these establishments were open. Music blaring out from outside until the early hours. Family in the appartment above making a HUGE racket (toddler screaming!) until at least 2am. There was a doorbell being pressed ( I presume from outside) in the early hours which was very un-nerving given who may be loitering around the establishments across the road. I don't like being so negative because the appartment itself is very good value for money, but I am giving an honest review about our experience. The location would put me off staying here in the future.

Great communication from the owner, key collection easy and straight forward. The appartment was clean and well presented. There was a mini bar available should you need any water/snacks during your stay. The appartment is very good value for money.

The place is an apartment and before our arrival we got a message from the owner with a picture of a mini-fridge full of soft-drinks etc. we thought that is a nice gesture, just to be disappointed upon arrival that there was a price-list of the items over there. Also it’s not a quite place to stay. Next door there are some offices that during business hours is very busy and the door is slammed pretty hard which can be quite unpleasant. On the second night two floors above, the same homeowner rented a similar apartment to a group of youngsters and they had a party which kept going until 4 o’clock. When confronted with the fact, the owner gave another room at another floor, at 22 o’clock which was unacceptable and after 3 hours of complaining with the help of booking.com and only because we could have called the police, the owner accepted to give a full refund. Anyhow in the next morning we extended our stay until the initial date because it was very difficult to move all the things. After 2 days more, when we liked to vacuum, the vacuum cleaner was full of ash from cigarettes, although the place was advertised as non-smoking. Being the second in a row unpleasant stay in an apartment during our holidays, for sure we will think twice before choosing similar accommodation.

We liked the fact that it had many towels, bedsheets and all the amenities and it was cozy. the decorations were pretty nice and it gave you a homelike experience.

very dodgy looking entrance opposite a night club. the flat itself would have been lovely except that it all smelt very strongly of smoke!! we had to all sleep in the room that was least smoky making for an uncomfortable night. would not return due to smoke. ☹️

It was a bit loud at night but for the location, that was understandable.

It was a big apartment with a kitchen. The lounge and bedroom was very comfortable to stay in.
