Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomEverything was perfect.
All staff members: manager Kostas, receptionists, waiters and housekeeping ladies were very friendly, helpful and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel in October. It was the end of season and we were upgraded to a suite which we appreciated very much. Thank you for the enjoyable stay at this great hotel.

United KingdomThe food/ drinks were quite expensive from the bar area, and had to ask to change the sheets and towels a few times, which seems a little odd.
The hotel was really nice, what you see is what you get. Had a lovely stay. The food was good, not amazing, but well presented and served hot. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were super helpful and friendly. The season was closing down so not much going on, but that was to be expected. All in all I would recommend staying here.

Serbiafood, food, food and again food. You will not stay hungry, but food should be 20-30% better for hotell like this. Especially for dinner. Breakfast is ok/good, but dinner for example chicken and fish taste like is 2-3 days old and warm in microwawe, ist not fresh and soft. You will not stay hungry for dinner but food should be better.
Rooms, small but ok. 3*-3,* 5 pool area perfect in bouth pools. 4* Restourant area perfect. 4* Hotell is 70m from beach but beach is not so good. 3* Small but nice playground for kids. 4* we stay 6 night/7 days in septembar for 680€, with one small kid, we can say its worth that money for half board but not more. hotell deserve 3*

SerbiaOnly and biggest problem is privacy. There are too many rooms close to each other from all sides (front and side). When you move curtains from window, minimum from 4 other rooms people are seeing your room and balcony.
Facility is extremely well maintained. Clean and new. Very professional stuff. Parking for car. 2 swimming pools. Perfect food. Nice and cosy rooms. Very nice pool-bar. 4 star hotel.

RomaniaBathriom piping smelled a bit, they might be on a septic tank.
To start with, we stayed in a suite. Guest experience could be different depending on the type of room. Our suite was beautiful, spacious and clean. The hotel itself is nice and not too big. Breakfast and dinner appropriate for a 3 star hotel. Two nice swimming pools, and Metamorfosi beach one minute walk. On the beach, you can use the beach chairs and umbrellas from the first beach bar towards the left, no charge but you will have to order a drink or food. For nicer beaches, you can go to Kalogria beach or Trani Ammouda beach. Metamorfosi as a town is not picture-perfect, you would have to visit other places for sightseeing.

BelgiumThe water in the pools were dirtier than previous years so we avoided swimming there. The animators for children were too planned not really spontaneous compared to the ones from the previous year... The animation were organized in weird schedule for example at 9.30h and 17h when most of the people are still out of the hotel. The nearest beach is still in the poor condition and far from the hotel environment. Maybe some improvement there would be useful for attracting more visitors.
Plenty of diversity for the food. Breakfast and dinner is worth including. Very clean room, the clean towels are offered almost everyday.

North MacedoniaSome of the rooms have extremely small bathrooms that overflow water in the room. These are actually apartment blocks that a hotel, or apart-hotel. It’s very close to the sea, but the beach is awful with shell rocks in the water.

SerbiaRoom was too small for the price and located at 2nd floor with very steep stairs (32 of them :). AC leaked on outside unit to the balkony. Somehow, we could not arrange with the reception that maintenance guy come to fix it. Sparkling water (bottled) is charging 4.5 eur for dinner.
Breakfast was fairly modest with limited choice, but everything was fresh and tasty. Coffee was good. Fruits was fresh. Restaurant people are very nice and polite and their manager is very involved. Thumbs up for them.

North MacedoniaWhen we first arrived, the room was not clean. There were spiders all over the room. The hotel does not have mosquito nets, so we had to stay with closed door all the time. Cleaning ladies used to come in the late afternoon, when our kid was sleeping.
The hotel is close to the beach, has two swimming pools and offers dinner. Dinner and breakfast were ok.

GermanyOur room had a stinky AC and a broken telephone which I noted to the staff on check-out. The TV was mounted too high and tilted towards the ceiling therefore unusable. Also the pool opened a bit late and closed too early for my taste (10:00 - 18:00) because of the lifeguards working hours.
The staff was all very friendly, quick to help, organized and greeted everyone with a warm smile. The manager had an eye on everything during breakfast and dinner times and gave personal recommendations on the Buffet. The dinner was exceptionally tasty! Also plenty of stuff to do for families (mini-disco, yoga, water gymnastics and so on)
