Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomA gym would be good as there isn’t one nearby.
Over the years we have stayed in five different types of room and have always been satisfied. The Kouros has expanded even further and we had the chance to view the brand new rooms which are near completion and look superb. The public areas of the hotel are particularly stylish. We prefer the existing penthouse simply for the space and privacy, and have already reserved for next year. The staff are happy, kind, helpful people in every department. The clientele are generally older Europeans as well as younger couples

Israelnot much... only that we could use towel hangers in the bathrooms Could use a larger tv in the second room
we got a large suite, two very clean bedrooms and one huge balcony facing the pool. the hotel is relatively small, very quiet, adults only - our room easy access from the balcony to the pool The breakfast was marvelous - a very large variety, the stuff ( Eleni and Evelina) professional and always smiling - it was great to meet them every morning . George at the reception was accommodating and very helpful with questions we had about places in Rhodes and hotel information.

IsraelThe staff English proficiency wasn't what I had anticipated from the hotel of this caliber. Additionally there was a 7 Euro per night city tax that wasn't included in the price, which surprised us (and was needed to pay by cash only)
Everything was perfect, from the cleaning of the room to the amazing breakfast with a a great variety and quality

FinlandWhen we checked in the two ladies at the reception ignored us. They should have greeted us and kindly asked us to wait until the check in guy arrives. This was our second visit. Last time everything was pretty much perfect - now you start to see it's not brand new any longer. They should make sure they keep the condition of the hotel as it was - now I saw e.g. a piece of the material missing from my bed. Should be easy to fix. Some rooms have only one sliding door between toilet and shower - it works when you are alone but would be strange for a couple or two friends. No place to place your shampoo etc in the shower.
Really good atmosphere, quiet since it's adults only. It has a feeling of a high quality hotel. Nice location walking distance from the sea and from Faliraki. Pool area is nice and beautiful - enough chairs. Pool bar has excellent smoothies. The breakfast was excellent - one of the best I have experienced. We also loved the restaurant at the hotel. Rooms were kept clean. Thanks for everything - we loved it.

BulgariaMy personal opinion, is that the inclusion of an prepaid dinner for all evenings was not necessary, the food was really good, the service too, but the area offers wonderful opportunities for dining out even in April.
Very good hotel with vibrant atmosphere and excellent food, and the most important - A remarkable staff especially at a breakfast and pool area. Thank you!

United Kingdom- Food in the main restaurant was expensive, very salty, and definitely not as good as food you can get at other local restaurants. - The location of the hotel is not the best - the nearby beach and town are not the most picturesque. However, you can get a taxi into Rhodes Old Town or do excursions to other parts of Rhodes and for us, the quality of the hotel and the standard of customer service there definitely made up for the location of it.
- Great customer service, staff are attentive and friendly. - Clean and modern facilities. - Relaxing and calm overall atmosphere in the hotel. - Opportunity to book excursions via reception which was easy and seamless. - Good food and drinks selection at the poolside restaurant. - Clean and spacious bedroom. - Excellent on-site masseuse who gave us wonderful treatments and was again, very kind and friendly.

United KingdomNothing. It was better than expected. I must note, some of the negative feedback other people have left is very harsh on this hotel. You do get notified about local taxes etc 3euro a day if you actually read your terms etc. There is a bottle opener in the rooms, also, plenty of options for breakfast. We stayed for seven days and everyday had a different breakfast. Just use your imagination!
We travelled over from Ireland. We could not have had a better stay. We had a Junior Suite with private pool. Room 117. It was superb. The place is very clean, very relaxed and the staff are fantastic. Breakfast was outstanding and everyday you can have different options so it does not get boring. The lunch bar and evening food were both great. It's 4 euro for a beer and main course is around 15 euro in the evening. It is 15 minute walk to the centre of falaraki or 7 minutes to a nearby beaches with bars. A shop across the road also with anything you need for your stay. We asked for a late checkout and were told we could stay for as long as we needed. If you're looking for a lovely, top class place to chill out this is for you. We were given four two litre bottles of water for our rooms and that was always topped up. Wifi was fine and worked perfectly. The rooms were cleaned everyday and every evening you get another visit to change towels etc The other guests were all pleasant and polite and we will definitely be back.

ItalyThe hotel is amazing, very luxurious! It has everything you might need, an amazing pool (plus private pools in a lot of rooms!), a sushi bar, a pool bar and a restaurant! The food is just perfect; as far as hotel breakfasts go this was one of the best, with plenty of choices (salty and sweet ones), with local ingredients and amazing quality. But the very top is the staff, the receptionists are incredible, always ready to meet clients’ needs; we asked for a late check out and they granted it for us and they also gave us an amazing upgrade doing our stay. We can’t wait to go back!

United KingdomNothing wrong with the hotel. It is amazing. But the beach in walking distance isn’t the greatest beach and I personally love the beach. We rented a car and saw some stunning beaches
The hotel is beautiful. The pool and outside area is nicely spread out and beautifully decorated so even when a lot of people are there it doesn’t feel crowded. Staff were very friendly

United KingdomAbsolutely nothing, it was perfect!
My partner and I absolutely loved staying here! We booked for 4 nights in our adventure around the island due to being evacuated due to the wildfires. And if we could have booked for longer we would have. Our room was fantastic with all the amenities and very clean. The pool area, breakfast area and bar was all modern and clean. We had breakfast included which I must say was probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Plenty of options to chose from. We also at at the poolside snack bar for lunches which we found delicious and the portion sizes were excellent value for money. The staff here serving at both breakfast and across the day were excellent , very friendly and you can tell they wanted to make your stay the best it could be. A few days across the week there is live music and singing, a violinist, cellist as well as singers really added to the relaxed vibe the hotel gives. You are a short walk from Faliraki centre but at the hotel you don’t feel this as it’s so quiet. Supermarkets close by as well as a car park which is ideal for if you have a rental car. If we return to Faliraki we will 100% book to stay here again. The perfect few days to relax after an eventful start to our holiday. Definitely recommend for couples and friends not family’s as it is adults only.

Great rooms and staff, very understanding and helpful as we only booked because we were evacuated from holiday resort hotel. A couple if days until flights home. The hotel suffered power cuts; this was only due to the wildfires on the Island, but understandable, given the situation
