Great location and helpful staff. We had a spacious room with lots of light which is rare in Venice. The bathroom was clean and had bio products for use.

My only minor issue was that our first day in Venice was quite cold, wet, and windy, and the radiators in the room had (I believe) been turned off for the season. I know it was very warm in Venice the prior week, but would have been nice to have the option of heating the room on the chilly day. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

Great little hotel in a perfect location for touring around the city. Breakfast was good, room was nice, and the staff were very helpful and kind. It was also great to have the elevator available to reach our room on a higher floor. I would definitely stay again!

It was a bit too hot in the room : the heater was still on and impossible to stop it, and not recommended to open the windows because of mosquitos.

The room was a little on the small side but we realised space comes at a premium in Venice. It didn’t spoil the stay at all.

That it was right in the centre of Venice but unobtrusive, and peaceful of an evening. Staff were relaxed and friendly. The room was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern, with a walk in shower. The air con was perfect!

Great location - central yet quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room - ours had a terrace! Good breakfast. Met all our expectations and more. our base for a wonderful sunny weekend in Venice. Relatively close (7-8 minute walk) to the nearest Vaparetto stop.

Perfect location, easy to find and very accessable. Breakfast with variation for all tastes. Bed was excellent. Nice new bathroom. Our stay was better than we could have hoped for. Will reccommend this place.

Good location, not too far from St Marks but far enough away to escape the crowds. Clean, well run, generous breakfasts, lovely staff. Quiet.

The hotel rooms are a little difficult to access. Tight stairs and limited elevator. However, this was also part the charm.

The location was perfect: Away from the crowds but in the heart of classic Venice .

Breakfast didn’t have a lot of variety. There were mosquitoes in the room and now I have a few mosquitoes bites.

Great location. Hotel is lovely, the receptionist was kind and helpful, he took our luggage and explain the room facilities. The ladies who serve coffee in the morning are kind and friendly

1. Hotel is on a street with a cocktail bar where the music is very loud. It was unusual the first night, but as we walked a lot the following days we were tired and did not mind it any more as we were falling asleep quickly. 2. Pictures on the website are taken from a complimentary angle, they look bigger and more spacious.

1. It's a great location for those who likes walking, which we did a lot indeed. It's close to the main sightseeing points. 2. Daily cleaning service is well-done. 3. Friendly staff at the reception. 4. Next to that as our flight was changed we had to leave earlier and would not make use of the paid breakfast. They prepared for us small snack bags to go. That was very kind!

The only thing I can say, which is not related to the hotel itself, it’s quite a walk from the vaporetto station.. unfortunately my mom struggled with mobility at this time, so we purposely booked this hotel as it has a lift. But didn’t realise it would be so far to walk with many stairs over the canals from the station. For any guests planning to stay who are less able to walk - keep that in mind/take a water taxi?

Loved the hotel, so beautiful, good breakfast. It gave us a lovely ‘we’re in Venice’ vibe. Super friendly lady who made our coffee every morning. We had a good stay. Recommended!

Our room was extremely tiny. Not enough space for two people plus luggage. Paid the same price as two other couples we were traveling with. Their rooms were nice size.

I thought it was a lovely property but I found it difficult to justify the price and value when you can get a hotel 5 star for less price and more inclusions.

The staff were helpful and were attentive, the property was clean and had a lovely shower , bedding was fresh and the beds comfortable. The area was good but quite a bit away from the main area ..
