This apartment is modern inside an old building, clean and fully stocked with everything one needs. The rooms are spacious and the windows have quality bug screens as well as shutters to block out light. The host warmly welcomed us and provided helpful local tips including pointing us to the best focaccia in Italy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment, and would stay here again in a second! We actually tried to extend our stay, but other people had already booked it out….good for them!

Great location, very lively and touristic but also local-feel neighborhood. Very clean and renovated room, nice balcony overlooking street. Good insulation so we were able to get a good night’s sleep. Staff really kind and helpful (from our interaction at checkout).

The self check-in process works but could be confusing/difficult if you are not very comfortable with tech/apps etc. We were also there at 16.01 and already there was nobody at the reception.

The location is perfect. Close to the railway station and at a walk distance to the most attractions. The apartment is clean and well equipped. The owner is very helpful, correct and polite. I recommend this place.

This hotel is one of my best hotel in Riva Del Garda and been there already more than 5 times pre Covid. This is my first visit after the pandemic and to be honest i was shocked that they been not generous as they used to be. For example i have been charge for drinking water and no any complimentary water offered!

Property is managed by an agency and of course the lady is underpaid or she doesn’t know how to work with people. Shower was broke but charge next day, no coffee until next day and so on and on, if we don’t not even a coffee capsule. We own 4 apartments and rent out been in business for 7 years, will never treat a customer like this.
