We asked for the guest excursions pass to be emailed through to us twice and unfortunately this was not received. We would recommend a few more English Language TV channels to be available in the room.

Fantastic hotel - welcoming and helpful staff, excellent facilities, superb breakfast with plenty of choice, high standard of cleanliness and wonderful massage at the spa. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the bottle of wine too to celebrate my birthday - that was a lovely surprise in our room! :)

Fabulous Hotel and an excellent location to explore Riva Del Garda. The grounds are full of mature trees with fantastic views. There is a rear exit leading directly onto a pathway that runs along the edge of the lake.

1. We thought we chose a hotel which included breakfast (as that’s what we searched for in Booking) so were disappointed to find out that breakfast was included only for the hotel rooms and not for the bungalows guests. 2. Some room issues: the air con didn’t work properly, the tv also, and the room had many ants (I don’t mind a nature vibe but this was too much😩). 3. I didn’t like that the spa area permitted nudity, this is not an adults only hotel.

The hotel location was wonderful, we loved being in a bungalow surrounded by nature; hills, trees, ponds, ducks, it was breathtaking! Also everything was a walking distance which is wonderful. The indoor swimming pool was gorgeous, warm and great for chilly days. The bungalow was beautiful, designed well.

This hotel is one of my best hotel in Riva Del Garda and been there already more than 5 times pre Covid. This is my first visit after the pandemic and to be honest i was shocked that they been not generous as they used to be. For example i have been charge for drinking water and no any complimentary water offered!

Double bed has 2 single mattresses. Instead a double bed mattress would have helped. We are a family of 3. Husband wife and 5 yo. Generally sleep on one bed with double bed mattress. But as they provided 2 single bed mattress we had to use sofa bed for one of the adults. As three people wudnt fit in 2 single mattresses. Breakfast can have more variety. Got same food in small hotels too but the scale is big here at Du lac..

Once I order the breakfast in the room they don’t understand what i want and they give me to much food we don’t eat it ! And they don’t tell me the price before i order! There are many insects in the resort The service for the laundry it very expensive No free water

It was our first trip to Garda Lake and luckily we stayed in this hotel, which made our stay so perfect! We had a great welcome,from very friendly reception staff and we were upgraded for free to a bigger room with the view.Thank you! This hotel is beautiful,the park is amazing,all the facilities are great,spa,swimming pools,massage,restaurants,room service with delicious Club Sandwiches for dinner.The hotel has the best location and all the staff of the hotel,absolutely everyone was so friendly, helpful, smiley,and so efficient and proffessional!Thank you ALL!!! We loved absolutely everything about this hotel and we would definitely come back with our kids next time,as there is a Kids Club.

Breakfast and dinner were good but i would recommend to make interior of restaurant more cozy as for dinner had a feeling that we are still on breakfast ;) maybe work with light or table decore

There was a Porche dealership event going on during our stay, which we were unaware of. Didn't ruin our stay but they seemed to be everywhere. Would have stayed elsewhere had we known this.

The entire property is so beautiful and the amenities are great. There is clear signage as to where everything is at, and the staff was incredibly hospitable and kind. It was such a wonderful stay!

A bit cold water in the pool (inside) as for me
