We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The location is extremely beautiful. But in the breakfast buffet I was missing a good choice in bread. It was only toast bread available. Also no natural herbal tea.No egg variations like ham and eggs...

United States of AmericaAlthough my single room was quite nice, I could hear some noise, such as the television and snoring, from my neighbor. Perhaps the double rooms would be quieter since they are larger.
The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions. It is in a quiet area, even though bars and restaurants are nearby. The staff speak good English. I was given a complimentary glass of wine upon arrival. Breakfast was good. The hotel is in a palace with an interesting history.

1. Lovely old 15 Century building with walls three feet thick. Rooms very quiet. Central location 25 minute walk to main railway station. 2. Wine tasting room open til 10pm where I bought a bottle of wine for €28 and a plate of cheese & cold sliced meats. 3. Good cold breakfast buffet.
