Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CroatiaHotel is good. Ladies on the reception are very nice and helpful but boys are not willing to help. Especially the older one from two that we met. They have business centar with computer but keyboard and printer are not working so you can’t do anything. Breakfast is ok and it has everything that you need. Ladies in the restaurant are very nice. Room is a good size and everything is comfortable and clean except the pillows that are not very good quality. Room door need a lot of attempts to come in. Location of the hotel is very far so you need a lot of money for taxi.

SpainThe surrounding area from the bus stops to the hotel is awful. Rubbish/ people coming out behind bushes…The first night we arrived and walked from the bus stop it scared me a little. Towards the town / shops the area seems fine though and during the day I felt safe.
The hotel had everything needed, including toothpaste and toothbrush, razor etc… the tea and coffee was restocked in the morning. Hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Czech RepublicLocation is inconvenient, too far from the center, difficult to access by public transport
Actually the hotel itself was not really bad, it was older but clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also quite decent, selection of cold and hot buffet and hot and cold beverages. The only thing that was really inconvenient was the location, if you coming to Rome for sightseeing. It is a budget hotel so the value reflects the money. But getting to the center was super difficult and long if using public transport. We ended up using taxis, that can be called at the reception. Is mostly used by these big groups traveling in buses.

United States of AmericaRoom and halways walls need a little bit of TLC.
Great hotel, rightly priced for the Rome. It has parking on site for free, but if you would like to park in the garage then it is 5 Euros/night. This is most affordable private parking in Rome. The hotel is only 12-15 taxi drive from Colloseum. It cost 13-18 Euros for the ride. Breakfast was very good, but is is additional charge. Staff is nice and friendly and they speak English.

GermanyVery clean and comfortable, right beside a small mall with a supermarket. A bit far from the city, but the price is very good. It would be useful to have the train schedule from P. Togliatti in the hotel as it is much faster to go by train to the city center than bus and metro.

United KingdomThe area around the hotel was not great to walk around at night as two young women. We didn't feel very safe. The hotel was quite a walk to the closest metro station (around half an hour) but once you got the the metro the trip into the city was easy. Would be good if this was adversed more. The key cards didn't work very well which wasn't great and the general cleanliness of the corridors (stains on the carpets) didn't give the hotel a good look. The room did us well for the very little time we were in it (as we were out all day everyday) but due to its location we felt we could go back to the hotel to rest as it was too far.
Nice rooms, good sizes and well kept bathrooms. Access to local super market was great and the breakfast selection was very nice. It's good for the cheaper price you pay to be a little further out of the city centre and we did very much enjoy our time here. The mini fridge in the room was a life safer in allowing us up get some small groceries for our lunches.
