Location not very close to the city centre, supermarket or the slopes, but buses are fairly frequent, reliable and cheap.

Clean and comfortable accommodation for a weekend. Very basic equipment, no luxury, but provides all necessities.

Our apartment had everything we needed though it did take a couple of days to find all the utensil etc, storage space was a little high for me to see and access. The apartment we stayed in was a little tired but this did not affect our trip. It is about a mile from the centre of the village which was a little inconvenient for shopping and trying to book meals etc. It is at the top of a hill so walking into town is not a problem, however it was quite a trek for my mother to walk back, the last bus is at 8:30pm so plan accordingly.

The apartment was cleaned to a high standard, our hosts were extremely helpful throughout the trip and responded to all our phonecall or email messages promptly. It was easy to ski on and off the slopes even in April. There was a regular ski bus to take you to and from town. Boot room to store ski equipment.

A simple, basic apartment with nice beds and just enough kitchen equipment needed and nothing more.

Only comment would be that ski locker could be a little bit larger, as it would not accommodate 1 pair skis and 2 pair snowboards now common. But there is space in apartment for extra gear, quite some if 3 using it.

Location is just fine, as long as you do not expect to walk from town or ski lifts to the house regularly. Bus stops very nearby, but does not operate late evening. Simple, basic apartment with nice beds and just enough kitchen equipment needed and nothing more.

Ski in/out access is missing. Missing windows; the only one leads to an underground space. A fuse switched off when we tried to use the stove and the dishwasher (or microwave) at the same time. One of the sockets is not functional, unless the room light is turned on. The water in shower sometimes gets cold for a second. Plates and cutlery are too few.

The stay was inexpensive. The place is clean and all facilities are functional.

It could be improved with more care with the details, furniture and cleaning. Skiing door to door it’a not for everyone - you need to be a good skier and it is not easy to find the paths. Yet there is a good and frequent ski bus.

It’s a good place to ski in Cervinia. Excellent price for the location, the apartments are well organized.

Dull knifes. Bed sheets, which needs to be paid 15 €, are just sheets. For that price one should expect a duvet cover not just a regular sheet over which a duvet, with questionable history, is used for warmth during the night.

Good value for money. Friendly and helpful host.

Studio accommodation that is perfect for a budget ski trip
    • Leisure trip

    • Studio Apartment
    • Stayed 5 nights

No dislikes. Building is dated but the apartment is fine, but should be noted that it is a short distance from the town centre and main ski lifts. You need a car or the bus (fairly regular) or a long walk to get to town or the main ski lifts. The nearest lift is, theoretically, walking distance but I would want to do it in ski boots and carrying skis.

Nice, small and basic studio apartment. It has everything you need, but is not luxurious. It worked perfectly for a family of four, out early to ski all day and back for a hot shower before heading off to town for meals. There is a kitchenette, but we were taking advantage of the good food in town. Best to have a car (buses leave from the front door, but only runs until 830pm. I assume there are taxis for later) Fulvio was a friendly, responsive and very helpful host.

You get what you pay for. Need refurbishment, yet it is okay if you are on a budget and don’t have too high expectations

Just minor details of no great importance, a few lightbulbs not working, otherwise the apartment was very clean and tidy and appropriately furnished!

The hotel is situated with a splendid view over Cervinia. We particularly appreciated the ski-in ski-out location. Our hosts Fulvio and Marta were extremely helpful, kind and caring. The apartment was spacious and the smallish kitchen was extremely well equipped! All in all great value for the money!

The apartment building is ancient and unkempt. The labyrinthine corridors are torn, and the carpet is dirty. There is no lighting in the stairwell! The elevators did not work during our entire one-week stay there! We lived on the 7th floor and had to carry everything up on foot, only an auxiliary elevator worked, which he cheated, he started from the 2nd floor. The ski storage room is dark, there is hardly any lighting, and you have to lock your skis + ski boots in an iron cabinet! NO heating to dry your shoes! The concierge lady is rude, she doesn't know any foreign languages! This dilapidated accommodation overshadowed our ski vacation! We expected a better and more cultured house for the price we paid! We will not recommend this house to anyone. I could quickly pay back 40% of the 1130 euros! A disappointed guest and his two friends, Peter Herbaly Hungary

    We prepared the breakfast ourselves!

In the room was cold. The system was set at 20 degrees and once they were reached it stopped working. The problem was that the termostat was far from the outer walls, the insulation is not good and cold and at times wind is coming through the walls. At times it was so cold and we had to stay with our ski equipment. We asked the owner to increase the temperature and he had to come and do this by code. He increased to 21 degree, which was a little bit better. The hot water volume was 100 litres for a room of 5 and we had to wait in the evenings to take showers

The accommodation building is in semi poor condition. It has not been renovated or maintained properly and seems almost like it is being "used to its very end" until dismantled. There are cracks in the walls and stairways and the floor carpet which is also fitted on the walls is in poor condition. The ski room does not have a good holder for ski boots to dry them up during the nights. The walk to the centre of Cervinia takes about 20 minutes and is not a problem. Coming back up to the mountain in the evening however is some work for your already tired legs.

No breakfast included. It is easy to get to the slopes by skis if you have intermediate+ skiing skills. You need to ride through a short forest area to get into the slopes. Getting back is a little bit more tricky. Again you need to ride through a forest area but far longer this time. It can be a little bit difficult if you have no experience of forest rides and/or soft snow.
