the room wasn't overly large and the fitments could do with slightly improving, Some drawers would have been handy as there were only shelves in the wardrobes. It would also have benefitted from a fridge. There was clearly space where one should have been but for some reason it had been removed. The air conditioning worked but the room was often a bit warm. We were there during a heat wave which may account for it not being as chilled as normal. The hotel bar outside only took cash, bit of a pain when we now live in a world of contactless payment. Had to go and find a bank to withdraw cash. The patio area by the bar would benefit from more shade...it was very very hot! We wanted to play tennis while we were there, the addition of a tennis court was partly attracted us to the hotel. However there was a fairly heft charge of 12 euros an hour, this needs to be made clear on the website as it didn't mention anywhere that there was a charge for the facility. The room would benefit from some kind of welcome pack about the hotel, for example we didn't realise there were facilities in the basement we could have used until the day we left. It would have been good to have this kind of information in the room.

The staff were all lovely, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and always plenty of food. The hotel was located very close to the beach and it was good to have beach loungers allocated so that you were guaranteed a spot. The room was always very clean. The bar at the front of the hotel was lovely, with good cocktails and drinks. As we left early in the morning and missed our final breakfast the staff kindly put together a packed lunch for us to take, which was a nice gesture. On arrival we changed to half board and ate in the hotel. The evening meals were good value, however sometimes the menu was a bit repetitive. If you brought a bottle of wine or water and didn't finish it then they wrote your room number on the bottle and brought it to you the next night, much better than feeling you had to consume a whole bottle at a time or waste it. Underground parking a welcome addition in the heat, had to wait a couple of days for a space to become available. We also discovered there was a fridge down in the basement where you could freeze your ice blocks for a cool bag, plus an ironing board, iron and a washing machine. Shame we didn't know about this facility at the start of our stay. The pool area is lovely, always lots of loungers and umbrellas and the bar staff will bring drinks to the area, you just need to go and order them from the bar.

At the very beginning, it was not known that the swimming pool was only open until 7pm. Therefore, it was a big surprise that a gentleman from the service just before 7.00 pm began to fold umbrellas in the pool area, and then ask the guests to leave. Information about the opening hours of the pool appeared after some time. It is a pity that the payment for the hotel can only be made right before departure. (in the evening before before departure). It would be good for the owner to change his approach in this regard, as surely some guests would prefer to pay the fee earlier (e.g. in case of theft of a card or cash).

The International Hotel in Cavallino-Treporti is situated a 2-minute walk from the beach and about 50 meters. The hotel is located in a two-story building with a lift. We stayed in an apartment (150 m2) consisting of three rooms, a living room, a large bathroom and two balconies (small and large). I recommend this apartment because of its size and comfort for more people, and also because it had air conditioning. The bathroom had a large shower, bathtub, bidet, toilet and a large washbasin. During the summer heat, the large bathroom is a great convenience. The apartment is not equipped with a kettle and a refrigerator, but after submitting the request by e-mail, the staff delivered the equipment to the room. I would like to add that the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and free parking (underground and above-ground). On the beach, hotel guests have 1 parasol and 2 deckchairs (per room) at their disposal. A buffet breakfast is also provided each day.

In hall between rooms is a carpet, that stinks and need to be cleaned...bathroom needs a bit of renovation...but still functional. Other than that it was ok.

I liked Claudia in reception, speaks very good English and is very friendly. Pool is ok, breakfast is good to. Monica is the best bartender and cocktail maker!

The hotel itself may be a little vintage, still it offers all you need - at a very good level. The staff: excellent The breakfast: abundant The quiteness: relaxing The proximity to beach: wow Highly recommended. And Venice, the aqua-park and everything else are just a stone-throw away. We ❤️ it

Just a suggestion but a kettle and fridge in rooms would be helpful.

This hotel staff and situation were all an excellent choice after having to reschedule our holiday at very short notice due to flight delay and not being able to board royal caribbean cruise in Ravena Italy.

I asked for the car to be in a covered area (this was confirmed, which is why we chose this hotel and not the one next to it). By the time we got there, it turned out that there was no 'reserved' parking space, and the small indoor garage was always full. The rooms were cleaned with a very strong-smelling chemical, the first night was particularly difficult because of this, sleep and the bedding took on this chemical smell, so we slept with towels on the pillows. The bathroom is very small, I had to learn how to shower in such a way that I don't turn off the faucet unintentionally. There is no sliding glass door, only plastic curtains, which makes the whole bathroom wet. In addition, the toilet is very close to the shower, you can even wash your hair while using the toilet :-)

The location of the Hotel was ideal, it is very close to the beach. The Hotel looks good from the outside, seems to have been renovated, there is a small shop nearby.
