If you're desperate for a swim, the hotel pool is better than the rows of sun beds and pretty average sand and water, without the need for a shuttle to get there.

Where do I even begin? From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt so welcomed and treated with the utmost care and kindness. The masseria’s attention to detail is superb. Our stay exceeded our expectations 100000x over. We enjoyed the abundant free breakfast, the relaxing pool and cabana bar, and the on-site spa. The shuttle service that took us to and from the beach club was a huge plus, as well. We enjoyed meeting every staff member that helped us during our stay, and we would definitely come back!

Some of the younger staff seemed uninterested in the guests. Our room was at the edge of the property which meant either a trek through roughly gravel path or waiting for a ride on the property golf carts. Not sure why the grounds were not more adequately paved? The kids club, while in a nice location, was not really fit for purpose as the two child minders did not seem interested or able to speak English and so could not really engage with the non Italian children around. Finally, some of the recommendations from the staff (restaurants, beaches) were really not suitable for the quality expected of a 5 star hotel.
Pretty masseria, with large grounds and a very nice pool area. Breakfast was very good. Majority of the staff was very competent and friendly. Our room had its own pool which was a nice touch although we ended up not using it much.

The team were so lovely and amazing with the kids! Size of the hotel area was perfect for our kids as they could explore without us and couldn’t get lost.

Also the kids play area is great but would be good to have more shade - all the climbing areas and slides are plastic which means they are unusable in the heat of the sun!
The staff were amazing, simply could not do enough for you. The hotel has beautiful rustic charm, with luxury touches.
