Shower is right next to toilet and wash basin in one small cabin. No real bathroom.

Decent enough room for Rome. Cheaper and cleaner than most other options, quite large, easy to reach next to Termini.

The bathroom, while it was clean, was slightly run down. There was no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, wetting the whole bathroom floor. The separation between the room and bathroom was a shower door. It should be noted that you are you living with the hostess, with whom there was a clear language barrier. While this is not a negative, it did make check in tricky.

Very friendly and welcoming hostess, accepted cash and card. Property was located in a practical area - around the corner from the train station and a 20 min walk to the Colosseum. The room was warm and the beds were very comfortable. Overall was clean and homely.

The bedroom was large and very clean, absolutely silent at night in spite of the central location (good window isolation), big comfortable bed. Coffe machines available for breakfast. The bathroom was quite tiny, but ok for 1 person. The owner Mrs. MeiLe is very nice.

Good place if you have to be close from Termini Station. Honest room, but don't expect too much. good place for short stay.

The room was not the one we had booked based on the photos. When we asked the lady about this, she said that they are all my buildings. There were 3 of us and she made one bed ready when we arrived, as she hadn't fixed it yet.

The room was close to the station and you could move around very easily and the bathroom was clean.

We weren' t in a room that was selected and it was on another address (really close to the original address, but still it wasn' t mentioned)...

Location is great, we needed maximum of 15 mins to Colosseum. Room was big enough.

Bed was VERY firm, but that might be what some people like! No information about the hotel/area in the rooms and there is a definite language barrier for check in but the woman who runs it is very sweet and patient with helping you understand!

We had difficulty connecting with staff/owner at first, but the issue was resolved.

Location. The room was comfortable, had amenities like hot pot, there was a fridge stocked with water in common area. Toilet had a bidet.

The location of the accommodation isn't actually at the address but rather around the corner (200m). The check in process was an interesting experience.

Room was spacious, aircon was good, great location near Termini, clean and tidy.

A little dated. Far from Center, but close to termini. We arrived at night and the neighborhood was sketchy, but fine during the day. It was fine for the price, oh and you could see through the bathroom door, not private.

Host, friendly and helpful, language barrier though, but still got what we requested or needed. Large room and air conditioning worked.

Location was shabby especially at night.

Location in central Rome. Guestroom was cleaned everyday. Bed sheets clean. Shower accessories all available with clean towels everyday. Very close to bus and metro station. Lots of shops around. Location very close to turistic attractions.

Close proximity to train bus station, the room is small only beds no couches chairs etc the kirchen onky provided coffee nd tea could not make a meal a little expensive for just a room

Location is really good if you want to be near Termini. It’s a nice place for what it is paid (cheap). The building has an elevator. Also the host leaves free water on the fridge.
