Maybe a little freshen up on rooms' furnishings (wall paint, mattresses, decoration etc.) would make them absolutely perfect.

Beautiful, well sized rooms scattered around a spectacular highland that overlooks the whole area. Beautiful facilities, excellent staff and gorgeous kitties!

The only downside from our stay was the bed, the mattress was quite uncomfortable and there was a fairly large gap between the metal bed frame and the decorative gold bedframe.

Unfortunately, we didn't have time to get breakfast as we had a flight to catch but it's a great location, not far from the airport but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Beautiful views, beautiful property which I imagine is even better in the summer. Dinner at the onsite restaurant was delicious. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Room had French doors to no where. They open to no balcony, just a view of random trees. Not a major deal just strange. Never could get a/c to come on so we left doors (with no bug screen) and bathroom window open to keep air circulating.... was a little stuffy... but again we were so tired don't think we noticed...also only one night for us so don't base your decision on just one minor complaint.

Staff was very welcoming! Restaurant was closed when we arrived (around 8:30 pm). So we were required to travel down hill about 1 km to other restaurant on property. Not so big of a deal other than pain to lug our luggage up flight of stairs to room and turn back around to go another kilometer to get food. Understand though it is off season so we know things close differently this time of year. More of inconvenience but not a deal breaker! Restaurant below in the morning made up for it with great coffee and food! Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to leave late in morning free of charge and was very pleasant.

Breakfast was below average. It was never refreshed so seemed like the cooked things had been sitting there for ages. Variety was limited. We also weren't impressed with the receptionist that checked us in in the evening. She didn't smile, didn't look up from her computer, she just said "passports", she wasn't very welcoming.

It was far from public transportation and there is not much to do within walking distance. Would have been a 10/10 if we had our own car.

Lovely charming place and super friendly staff! If you're looking for a quiet peaceful getaway then this is a great option that's not too far from Rome.

From the photos, I thought there's be a swimming pool. Alas, no pool. Just some lovely fountains and shallow ponds. Limited menu -- but food was good. We needed to keep the window open -- but when the window is open, the AC and any fan does not work.

Beautiful setting -- just 30 minutes from FCO. A convenient place to stay when coming or going into Rome's airport. Good meal, though a limited menu. Views of sunflower fields from the hotel.

Transportation is difficult to obtain, and very expensive. I strongly suggest that guest rent their own cars and explore the countryside. Assuming you feel comfortable with Italian drivers on narrow roads, that is.

Breakfast was perfectly fine. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Roberta who assisted us in getting a taxi to our next destination. Due to the remoteness of the hotel, transportation must be booked a day in advance. From the suites there's a nice vista of the Castrum Boccea estate and the surrounding countryside.

The beds were not very comfortable.

The property was beautiful and location convenient yet in a very peaceful area. We particularly enjoyed spending time with the local cats, who were friendly but not intrusive. We had dinner at the restaurant, which was decent. The breakfast was delicious.

The 6-bed room is great that with 5 people we can fit into a single room, but there is not much furniture beyond the beds and a large wardrobe. Still, this is only a minor point.

The hotel is located in a very nice, rural surrounding. No traffic, no noise. The breakfast is superb, unusual in Italy, European style, even fresh fruit is served.

We stayed here our last night in Italy before flying out from Rome. It was handy to the airport. Our room was beautiful and the setting amazing. All the staff weee kind and helpful.
