Parking is very complicated and careful planning is required if you are to arrive by car. The room has only a generic key to protect your belongings from other rooms of the hotel/apartment. I with there was a proper key so that guests could feel safer.

The location is just perfect, close to everything (restaurants, lake, boat, funicular, etc.). The building is beautiful and the room is quite new.

Could use small refrigerator. The shower was very small. Didn't know how to get in the building, front door was locked. Might be good to send an entry code with the reservation We got there after breakfast. And on 2nd day had to leave by 6, so never got a breakfast So we can't comment on this

The location was excellent Close to the plaza where tours start as well as the main shopping corridor. Hostess was very nice. Bed was reasonably comfortable.

The apartment was equipped with old classic furniture which gave Italian feeling. Location of the property couldn’t be better. Staff was very friendly, helped with any question and allowed to store our luggage after the check out. We were happy to stay here!

The noise from the road & square late at night. It can’t be helped because it’s a beautiful building it has original windows so you are going to get noise from outside. Wouldn’t have it any other way but those light sleepers sensitive to noise when sleeping should take some ear plugs.

Great location the building had great traditional old Italian character which we loved. The bathroom was new which is a plus and the room was a good size with comfortable bed & cute ‘balcony’ door.

It's an old building with probably original doors, floors and windows, so it can be pretty noisy (noise from the street or from the neighbors). If you're not a light sleeper this is a minor flaw.

Situated in the center, next to shops and restaurants. Very clean, warm and cozy room. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

This is my second stay here and I cannot fault Residenza Cavour. Camilla and her team were fantastic hosts. Everyone was really helpful. We had a problem getting into the front door but there was always someone to let us in. Camilla was quick to respond if we had any questions. We came back after our first day and our room had been tidied, which we didn't expect. There is everything you need, and a communal fridge too. We asked to leave our bags as we were our for the day and picked them up. On our way to to the train station. Another great stay - thank you!

The soundproofing. Sometimes (not often) there was too much noise outside the building, as well as from the other rooms and the reception.

The room was very clean. Located at a perfect area. You could go by foot to the city Center.

No breakfast in the building, have to pay 10 euro each for breakfast to eat out - a few mins walk to the restaurant. It could have better to include the price because its called B&B but its room only. No milk for tea & coffee.

Everything to close by the shops & boats - only 10 mins walk to the main train station.

The location was great. The room was huge, with a separate sitting area. The bed was very comfortable. There was an air conditioner which we definitely needed. The bathroom was large with a very nice shower. Camilla was wonderful.
