The bed was very firm and the pillows were hard, not firm, hard. Would highly recommend that they get pillows that have medium firmness. The bathroom and shower were small, but adequate.

Superb in all aspects: quiet less busy location but close to walk to St Mark’s. Staff so helpful, friendly and attentive without being intrusive; anything we asked for they sorted immediately including transfer to the airport collected at the hotel entrance. The junior suite overlooking the canal and standing on the balcony was just perfect. Clean with lovely bathroom and copious hot water. One of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommend staying in this ‘Palace’ hotel.

Only gripe- there is a camera in the room which is the smoke alarm- it just feels really creepy- stayed in countless hotel rooms all over the world through the years- never seen anything like it (I'm sure it's all legit, but just felt a bit ominous!)

Excellent hotel with lots of character and history, fabulous location within easy walking distance from all the landmark sites. Safe, friendly neighborhood. Bedroom looked out onto an amazing square! Friendly, helpful staff

Lift- but i think may be its due to structure of building.

Room was neat and fabulous. Lift could could have a been a bit bigger. Staff and room service was also very good. Location wise its good. a nice place to stay comfortably and enjoy.

The breakfast room is small so you can overhear everyone. The breakfast choice is not great, I would like more fruit and cereals.

The hotel is very central, clean and the staff are lovely, friendly and gave very good recommendations.

The check in process was so simple and friendly - the staff here is exceptional. They gave me an incredible room with a view of the piazza, and they had a lot of recommendations for where to go, how to make it happen, etc. I also had a glass of wine in the bar one evening and the bartender was incredibly personable and knowledgeable about the drinks, the location, the trains, basically everything we discussed. I had a great American Breakfast on the way out, and they were so proactive in making sure I had everything I needed.

The hotel is centrally located and all attractions are just minutes away. We did not see cars through out our stay as there was no need for that. Arrived in and out by water taxi . Just a wonderful experience

Breakfast is good, but lacks variety of products offered. Some products are extra, omelette, eggs and bacon. Too bad for a hotel of this type, it could have been perfect

Shower in the bath. Coffee and tea in the room was a bonus but there was no milk and nothing to indicate that you could order through reception, nor was there any in the fridge.

Location was great and you could get a water taxi from right outside. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The rooms are so beautiful and spacious. The location between San Marco and Ponte Rialto was perfect. We got a water taxi direct to the hotel which wasn't too expensive but made for a special entrance to start our holiday. The staff are so friendly. We stayed here in June and came back in December because it was such a delightful place to stay. Would highly recommend.
