The fridge in our room was doing strange noises druing the night (it seemed quite old).

Very nice breakfast, everything you can think of! Friendly staff. We stayed just for one night during our travels so it met our expetations. Very close to beach, 2 parking areas (if the one next to the hotel is full, just ask at the front desk - they have another parking lot 300 meters from the hotel)

Staff eas super friendly, specifically young lady at the reception, she was so sweet. Room was ok, according to my experience within this price range in Bibione, it was better than other hotels. Everything was nice and clean, it was great to have a fridge and well working air conditioning. And breakfast was great, so many things for this price was a nice surprise. Location is great, few minutes walking from beach, supermarket, restaurants. I recommend thia place!

The room was a bit small and there weren't hangers in the bathroom, which was a little bit uncomfortable, but there was a hanger outside of the window, which we could use.

Everyone in the staff was very nice and helpful since the beginning. We could park our car in walking distance for free. The breakfast was delicious and they offered a lot of different options to eat. The beach is very close (2 minutes by foot), clean and well organized.

Mold in the bathroom. No hanger in the bathroom. The window can not be opened in the bathroom. We have no glass to place your toothbrushes or drink.

There was mold in the bathroom because its window cannot be opened. Besides that everything was clean. The breakfast was delicious and everything can be found on the tables. The staff was kind. There are free bicycles for free to use. The hotel is modern but you have to know there is no lift. It is not a disadvantage but if you have any problems with stairs choose another hotel. Our room had a little fridge and on the balcony there was a drying rack for the towels or wet clothes. All in all we liked to stay there.

Unfortunately there is no elevator in the hotel, so it was really hard to take heavy luggage to the last floor. Also very small distance between shower cabin and toilet, so even for very thin person it is uncomfortable.

Location is perfect. Staff is very helpful and amizingly friendly. Hotel is clean and breakfast is absolutely wonderful. Very big choice of tasty food options. Parking ticket is arranged by the hotel for the guests for free. I would come back again to this hotel in future.

There is no place to dry swimwear and towels, there is a RUSTY dryer on the window. Also drips on the dryer from the upper floor...

The location (near center and sea), breakfast (awesome) and staff were great. The room is small but clean. Safe parking and even on the last day we could leave the car at the hotel

NO LIFT! Very bad with children and big bags. The rooms on the second floor are quite smal. The bad for little child is not safety. The see was disgusting, very, very dirty, but dis is not cause of Hotel. We choose for last 2 days Waterpark in Jesolo and Lignano.

Very good staf & excellent breakfest. Air conditioning and wi-fi worked good, fridge in the room very good to cool beverigies and some cool food. Helpful staff. Helped to bring the bags.

The toilet was smelling.

The staff was really nice, flexible.We stayed four nights,we should leave at the early at the morning,we could make the check out earlier without any problem. There was not enough parking place direct at the hotel but we could find on the street close to the hotel. The breakfast was good and enough, room equipped with air conditioner. The beach was really close.

The price for such a small double room is exaggerated. And it was not yet a high season. But really good breakfast could probably compensate for this inconvenience. Our room was really tiny, no balcony, the window can be open only fully, no ajar option. No double bed, rather 2 separate beds staying close. Very bad soundproofing, you can hear everyone around. For a short stay it is OK. But for a long vacation I would search for other room.

The breakfast is outstanding! It probably explains the high price for the night. The staff is very nice and helpful, they speak many languages and are very friendly and helpful. Parking was included in the price, though it was not near the hotel, rather 4 min walk. Wi-Fi was good.

Absolutely no noise insulation, you could literally hear everything everyone else was doing in the room or on the corridor (including shower or using the toilet) The doors are very loud, every time someone closes the door it feels like a mini earthquake Shower booth a bit too small
