Some of the staff were a bit grumpy when we asked for some ice. Fridge was not very cold and they charged for water.

The hotel was close to the old town with lots of things within a short walk. Nice room with a comfortable bed. Very quiet.

Room and especially bathroom had seen their best days. Staff in the reseption did not speak english at all. Garage was difficult to find and we did not receive proper instructions either by message or in phone.

My room was acceptable and comfortable. My son's rooms were sub standard and far too small and cramped. One son's bed concaved in the centre and uncomfortable Positioning of facilities awkward.

Check in was punctuated, somewhat humorously, by my wife dislodging a railing while going down stairs to our room. Despite the staff member accompanying us being aware of this mishap, it still hadn't been fixed when we left. Also, a drip from the ceiling, presumably from the A/C in our room, was reported to staff on check-out. While they seemed surprised to be informed of this, the roof and floor both bore signs of water damage on closer inspection, suggesting a chronic problem. Breakfast was included, and was OK. Parking was provided, but was an additional cost.

Stayed one night to see Roman archeology in Benevento and visit some nearby wineries. The hotels location is central to these attractions, the Arch of Trajan visible from the hotel's front door, and other sights a short walk.

Getting in and out of parking garage was bit of struggle but convenient with elevator to rooms. I expected a city view but didn’t make special request so didn’t get it. My fault not hotel

The hotel room and floors where the rooms are were quite tired. Tiny shower cabin. No catering facilities available except at breakfast.

Excellent location and attentive staff are the highlights of this hotel. We had a nice view towards Train's arch. Nice toiletries provided.Safe garage with elevator access to rooms and electric car charging facilities for a payment.
