Its a very nice authentic Italian place the staff was brilliant they gave us a room with out own little garden for the dog. It was so good we will be going back soon

Lovely little hotel - very very friendly staff. They made us early breakfast since we had to check out earlier than breakfast was normally served. Clean room, bathroom and bed.

The staff is very helpful and kind and they speak english really good. The villa and the breakfast is lovely. We only had one full and two half days which was not enough for Venice so we are already planning a second trip sometime. We will definitely book in Villa Casanova again. Absolutely recommended.

Room 12 has wooden ceiling beams. I am 1.75 m and consistently hit my head. Also for my personal taste the pillows were too hard resulting in stiffness waking up. The superior rooms are worth the extra money. But all in all would definitely come back just choose another room.

The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was very nice and the cappuccino superb. The location was excellent for the Lido and the water bus to and from Venice and the airport. Would totally reccommend the hotel to anyone thinking of using it.

The most wonderful of staff. Comfortable room with great shower. The breakfast selection was varied and beautifully prepared. Alessandro’s coffee was delicious. Villa Casanova was in an ideal location a short walk from the water taxi/bus station. Easy reach to Venice and perfect for island hopping around the lagoon. Very comfortable - the weather was unusually cold during my stay and they put the heating on to keep the rooms warm which was really appreciated . Gluten free options for breakfast including rice cakes, soft cheese, mozzarella, tomatoes, cheeses, meats, yogurt, fruit etc. The fresh pastries looked amazing

The villa is beautiful and Martina a wonderful receptionist. Lido itself is a lovely place and very close to Venice.

Great location, beautiful quiet area but close to vaporetto stop and restaurants. Nice personnel, good breakfast, bikes for rent to explore Lido which I would recommed as the small island is beautiful with protected dune areas and easy to navigate. We enjoyed our stay here, definetely recommended.

The property was not only beautiful and really comfortable but with a great location too! 5mins walk from the ferry, that takes you to each and every part of Venice! The staff were amazing and hospitable and I could t recommend Villa Casanova enough! Amazing place to stay on my birthday!

Bed was extremely firm, but I did not have an issue falling and staying asleep. I am a side-sleeper so others will probably be more comfortable than me.

Nothing, I can't find anything I did not like. The only suggestion I can think of is a bin in the room to throw rubbish away as the bin the bathroom was too small for rubbish.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area with facilities nearby. Close to water bus. Hotel staff were amazing and helped us find our way around Venice. Very friendly and would definitely return again.. Lovely breakfast, and we were allowed to make a hot drink when staff had gone home later at night. They even left some lovely pastries out, very thankful after a late night flight!. Instructions were clear for getting to the hotel and gaining entry to room and hotel as we arrived late at night after staff had gone home. Took us 10 minutes to walk from the water bus to Villa Casanova.. We had a room with a balcony and it was a great size room, little fridge in the room and everything you could need, hairdryer ect. We had a lovely stay, and this was down to the well run hotel, including the cleaners who kept the rooms clean. Everything was perfect 👌

I had forgotten there was no elevator, but knew at the time of booking.

The breakfast service was lovely, organised by our very nice barista! It was nice to be able to sit in the garden, and meet other guests. Location was good, just a short walk into main street and waterbus.

Communication from the hotel was excellent on how to reach the hotel. Very good location on a quiet road on the Lido, 5 minutes from main water bus station making it very easy to get to with direct boat services to/from airport and train station. Very easy to get to the main Venice sites and other islands such as Murano. 5 minute walk to shops and good selection of restaurants. Staff were very welcoming and helpful and they made it a very pleasant stay in a relaxed enjoyable environment. Good room with clean modern bathroom. Good selection at breakfast with seating inside and out.
