1. The lack of response to my comms. On 11th March I've sent an exhaustive constructive feedback about my stay at Bergamo Airport pod both through the ZZZleepandGo portal and to their email. No answer whatsoever from them. 2. Faulty audio (almost non audible) prevented me to enjoy the provided music tracks but most importantly the alarm not working, with the risk of losing my flight at 5 AM. Luckily I tested it beforehand and relied on my phone, instead. 3.The poor audio insulation prevented me to have a decent sleep due to noise coming from outside (poorly maintained, very noisy air conditioning outside + other guests talking NOT loud or coughing or snoring, clearly audible through closed doors with visible gaps. 4. None of the electric powered curtains were working, due to technical misfunctioning, resulting in a "claustrophobic" experience. 5. The lack of audio insolation was also cause of light from outside very bright corridor entering from the door, preventing any darkness. 6. The "mattress" is barely soft enough not to sleep on wooden floor boards. 7. No clear indication or warning that in the "hotel room" no sheets nor blanket are provided (possibly on sale outside). PS; all the issue above have been documented with pictures and videos for ZZZleepandGo or Booking.com to check them. Strong suggestion: before booking any pod in Bergamo, ensure that all the issue above have been addressed and resolved, especially the lack in sound and light insolation. A refund/discount voucher would be highly appreciated, given the very poor (2/5) experience.

Very easy to book, pay, access and use the service. Exhaustive clear instructions before and during the use of the pods. The touchscreen responds well and the instructions are clear and crisp. The set of pods are not too far from the airport public bathrooms and offer an unbeatable location literally a few steps from the security checks entrance.

No blankets/duvet, even wearing 2 wool jumpers and a coat I was cold. The mattress is more like a medical cabinet one, with a built in pillow way too small and against the wall. The airport bathroom is quite far.

The position in the airport is very practical, and the support person was excellent, he helped with everything and even gave me a wake up call.

Landed at 11pm, saved me the hassle of catching the bus or train into Milan and arriving somewhere in the early hours. I took a sleeping bag and earplugs, it could have been worse. Check in was simple enough, the touchscreen controls worked

The entry door to the pod location is very noisy. Every entry/exit can be heard. The pod needs a few coat hangers.

Yes just like everyone else if you really need to stay overnight and you have morning flight then is ok otherwise no.

It was not the easiest to get into the facility as the main door was having issues. Once inside my Pod screen wasnt working and I couldn't open the door. I had to use airport wifi to contact them, they said they would reboot the system but the screen never worked, wasn't able to leave the Pod or check out indipendently.

I liked the location and once I was able to contact support they answered fastly.

Property did not have its own bathroom or showering facilities. Signage was also poor once I walked out of arrivals and it was secured off by security guards after 11:30pm so I couldn’t find it

For the price, you should at least provide a pillow and blanket.

Absence of toilet( bathroom) facilities on the property is the biggest minus by far . You have to walk for several minutes through the airport and lock / unlock all of the capsule’s doors behind you , if you need to visit the bathroom( toilet) for washing your hands or something else . No blankets or sleeping pillows inside the capsule. If they could offer some , for those travellers staying over night it would make experience staying there much better. Noise . Capsules are not sound proof . And if one should be unlucky enough to stay in the capsule at the same time with other guest(s) in the neighbouring capsules ,who might be disturbing them by talking on the cellphone all night long ( for example ) , ect . Then one might not get any proper sleep before its flight .

Location next to ( 1min , or less walking ) the airport security/check inn area . It is a great way to spend the night if you have to catch very early flight .

This time I had a feeling that there was something missing. Maybe a blanket? Also the wi-fi didn’t work.

Very hot room. Need to almost be without clothes. No pillow but bed ending is raised for that purpose. Facility needs proper air conditioning. Use ear plugs for noise. Remember that with ear plugs you need your smart phone to wake you up, the pod's alarm is not loud enough. And if booking . com app sends a message that your credit card needs validated with 500eur charge, do not comply. It comes from third-party.. :-)

It is not a real bed and it doesnt say that in the description. no pillow no blanket. Its very uncomfortable I didn't get any sleep unfortunately.

The door's automated curtain was malfunctioning. It couldn't be closed. I couldn't sleep well because of the light.

The temperature was very hot even if i used the vent, but it was mostly other people's behaviour that disturbed me to be honest, a lot of them just enter the area with no care of silence and banged door and luggage, and unfortunatley i woke up many times.

The pod was actually very clean, easy to check in and access, well organized.

The capsule was hard to find, because we arrived to the airport at the nighttime, so half of the airport was not in use. And the capsules were in the closed area, there was no sign to help to find these.

You can hear everything from all the other pods, even the outside door opening. Wifi wasn’t working but they won’t provide any discount for that. The bed is not comfy at all. Not worth the money, might as well sleep on the floor at the airport and save your money.

Convenient location at the airport. The pod is of reasonable size.
