BelgiumThe air-conditioning is regulated by the staff for all the rooms and for some weird reason they put it on 26° for the whole night while the windows do not open and the air-conditioning doesn't work in all rooms I think because most guests were keeping their rooms a little open for air untill very late. Nice hotel overall but it was so hot it was almost unbearable

SingaporeHotel was about a 15-min walk from Aomori Station, located in a slightly quieter part of town but easy to locate. Our room was clean and spacious enough for a family of 3. Breakfast selection was very good, with a wide variety of food and beverage options (loved the apple juice!)

The restaurant on the first floor looked lovely but they were full and couldn’t accommodate us which was disappointing. We ended up getting dinner from Lawsons because it was so cold outside and a fair walk from most restaurants around.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location with large family sized room to accommodate 4 people. Comfortable beds and an array of guest amenities provided. Paper lantern artworks in atrium/foyer were spectacular at night. Excellent Japanese/Western buffet breakfast available.

JapanUnfortunately the restaurant closed early so we couldn't try the food in the hotel, and it was probably also quite expensive so we ended up having sushi from uber eats. It was a 20 minute walk from the train station, which is annoying in the snow with luggage.
The room was really comfortable and the hotel is very stylish with traditional aomori festival elements. The beds are very comfortable I didn't want to get up the next day!

BelgiumThough the main street was nearly fully free of snow, the large footpath in front of the hotel was entirely covered with icy snow. You could have broken a leg before entering the premises. Quite unexpected in a country where safety is a steadfast priority.
Small but cosy, comfortable, fully equiped rooms. Superior, refined breakfast with outstanding service. Exquisitely courteous staff.

SingaporeYou can't adjust the temperature in the room. The dryer doesn't seem to work well. Clothes are still wet even after 90 minutes of use.
Spacious room that fits a family of 4. The bathroom is a little dated, but everything works well. Even though there are 4 beds within the room, there is still space for another sofa with a coffee table. The carpark is conveniently located beside the hotel although it costs Y700 daily.
