The room has a significant height difference between the bed and bathroom, making it unsuitable for wheelchair users or those with difficulty climbing stairs. To address this, a portable stair is installed, which can be a bit awkward when using the provided chair in the room because of how it's positioned. Additionally, there were foreign tourists shouting to communicate with others around 5 AM, lasting for about 20 minutes.

It is near by the Saga train station. It offered a cup of Costa coffee as a welcoming drink. The room has two tables while most hotels only provided one. The room light switch is on a reachable distance from the bed which is great.

A little disappointed that the sauna is only for men. The air was dry. Was it possible to rent a humidifier?

I liked the onsen and the price for the hotel. The location was great and it was generally clean.

Dinning room (breakfast restaurant) is lit bit small. Bump into a travel group, hence been queue in line for entering. But fare is good.

Room was quite small, Hotel felt dated and old, bathroom was also quite small. Was a bit pricey for what I got, probably because I reserved my room close to when the balloon festival was happening.

The onsen in the hotel was nice, Room was clean, Check-in process was smooth, good location near Saga station, amenities were nice.

The bed is small for 2 persons. Bed is soft and you can feel earthquake if the other person move on the bed.

The duvets didn't have bedsheets on. Loud AC that would turn on/off sporadically at night. The hotel seems to be quite old so some of the facilities are old as well. Room door was hard to unlock.

I couldn’t get a non smoking room so had to live with the soaked in smell of old smoke. Tired, old room; but can’t complain too much for the price.

The parking fee is cheap and the parking space is next of the hotel, very convenient. The staffs are friendly but the English is not very good. The room is OK.

I asked to check in 30 min early bc I was exhausted and needed to rest. Instead of politely telling me the room wasn't ready, they just hand wrote a note that said 15:00 check-in. There was no lobby to sit and wait in, so when they saw I intended to stand there and wait, they then allowed me to check-in.

The breakfast was great. I liked their system for keeping the buffet as sanitary as possible. The location was good. The shower was great and I slept really well. I liked that there was a fridge in the room.

I've been in some shoebox business hotels, but this was one of the shoeboxiest. The rooms were pretty small and the bathrooms (especially the bathtub/shower) were really cramped. That's the only major negative I can think of though, it's a cheap business hotel, and it served the role perfectly.

The staff were very friendly and the location was excellent. It had easy access to the JR Kyushu Saga Station/Saga-eki Bus Center, as well as a good variety of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. When I stayed here, there was a substantial rainstorm which caused a major change in my travel plans. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating and allowed me to adjust my booking (though I did have to change rooms) with no issues.

I hate the matress. My wife and I cannot sleep comfortably every nights. Better change to new ones.

I didn't take the breakfast. But I like the onsen very much. Because of the onsen, i didn't use the bathromm in my room. The staff keep my beddings tidy every day. Very nice!

However because of such low price, no free tea or coffee in the room but you need to pay for one at the reception. The reception of Wifi in my room was slightly unstable.

Very close (very short walking distance) to the Saga station, where there is a good supermarket for refill. Great value for the money.
