Unfortunately so many things... First, I get to my room and see that the floor was dirty (but also in communal areas such as corridors or toilets), the desk was dusty and there was hair on the mattress... so much for cleanliness! Then, because the mattress is so thin, you can feel the floor of the capsule, so it's really uncomfortable! And finally, I don't understand why the hot bath was only for men...Why not do what most hotels do: offer days for men and other days for women? That would be fairer!

Thin mattress. Internet booth like doors meant there was often noise from the passage. Although I realise this was done to ensure the central aircon - too hot - reacted all the rooms.

The restroom is not clean…someone used and didn’t flush, not sure how often does the housekeeper clean it though.

The 2 main critiques I have of the hotel is that even with a designated smoking area. You'll likely still be smelling it in the halls and in your room. The curtain of your capsule bed helps keep enough of that smell out that is isn't overly distracting. Secondly, the beds are hard. I needed the help of a sleep aid to get any rest on the bed.

This hotel is in an incredible location in Osaka as far as ready access to trains, local shopping, convenience stores and restaurants. It's super affordable if you're staying there during the week. Checking in and out is easy even if you're not great with Japanese. Compared to the other capsule hotel I've been to this one is nice because you get some personal space. A small area to lay out your things, eat and relax by yourself between activities.

Very dirty floor and elevator The room's door is open on the upper side so you need to wear earplugs all the time because you can hear every movememt from the neighbours (if they're not reagrding of the signs put by the hotel to stay quiet)

The futon beds are just bed covers and it felt like I was sleeping on the floor directly. It was so uncomfortable. The room is tiny and so is the toilet.

very near the shin imamiya station. easy to access to the station and convenient store. the room also ok, not bad. value for the price. definitely will recommend to others for a budget stay

There was a large gap at the top of each door which was confusing because you could hear everything/everyone outside on the floor. Also there were only a few toilets and showers for the whole building and we had to use the escalator every time to go there. Sometimes tge toilets weren't cleaned and the smell in there was horrible. Furthermore the mattresses were extremely hard and we needed 2-3 more blankets to be able to lie comfortably on them.

The location was quite good next to the train station and close to some restaurants/supermarkets. The Namba district was within 15 minutes walking distance. The staff was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information and some extra blankets.

The room is not renovated for a longer time and the marks of the usage. The room is also not too big but keep in mind, that this is an upgraded capsule hotel.

You can stay in capsules bur having a 2-bed room. There is a bath and sauna on the top of the building, so you can take a hot water bath before felling asleep. The personal spoke well English.
