There were no staff to organize access to the key. The room was booked with a spa bath which didn't work as a spa, we ended up paying more for this room hoping for the spa bath and got a facility that we couldn't use. The duvet had stains on it. The bed was hard and noise from the traffic was very loud from this room. The bathroom sink and shower drains did not actually drain properly so there was a build up of water after usage. I would not recommend staying here, the property needs attention and maintenance.

Bathroom was surface cleaned, vent covered in dust and bugs in light shade. No cloth or dish brush to was dishes, no plug in sink to wash dishes. Tea, coffee, milk awful.

The room overall was clean and tidy, however, the bedside table hadn't been dusted in a while, the skirtings also needed cleaning, and the floor wasn't vacuumed properly as I found a dirty nail clipping on the floor. The internet kept cutting out and there was an issue with the fridge. I had to turn up the temperature to keep our food cold and then ended up with water all over the floor.

The location was great, easy to find, and close to the places we wanted to visit. Despite being close to the main streets it was really quiet which was great.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance. Holes in walls, switches not working, ripped curtains, cockroaches, ripped bedding, broken chairs , air conditioning not working properly, fans in bathrooms not working properly.

Only 3 TV channels, The room was tired and had broken TV bracket, towel rail and toilet roll holder. Room was overpriced at $210.

The room we were in was a little tired. Door handle to bathroom was loose and also inside shower door handle. The rubbish bin wasn't cleared only towels replaced. It wasn't as good as our previous stay last year.
