We had to clean our own dishes before check out and take out the trash outside the apartment which is very inconvenient because we were at the 3rd floor.

It has 5 rooms, 3 below and 2 upstairs. There are kitchenwares, cookwares etc. the place is clean and a parking is provided for free. Water in the shower is strong

No elevator. It was hard for us to bring our luggage up/down to/from the 3rd floor. It is even harder for seniors to go up and down the stairs. You have to pay extra for additional towels. Used same towels for the duration of our stay.

no elevator so the elderly had a hard time climbing up the 3rd floor where the apartment was located. needs some repainting to make it more appealing and to look new (the apartment looks old because of the paint which seems dirty.

The property was spacious, can accomodate big number of guests. The property was near some of the tourist destinations, one can just walk to arrive at the spot. Clean. The caretaker was friendly but strict. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils.

The unit we got is in the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

It is located near Mines View Park and The Good Shepherd. What you see is what you get. The house has enough space to accommodate a family of 12. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a free gallon of water for a night’s stay. The house is very clean and they even provide fresh towels for each of the guests. The water pressure in the showers can be improved. The contact person is very pleasant and easy to communicate with.

The pictures in the web were exactly the same as it was in actuality; unlike other properties that are good only in pictures. Communicating with the property staff/manager is so professional and friendly that our arrangement upon arrival was just a breeze, and all throughout our stay. The property is very clean from the parking area to all the rooms. Amenities were exactly as what we expected and, in fact, even more. The property made our vacation so pleasant.

Huge property so was able to accommodate my big family (of 18). The apartment is spotless, beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped too. Staff especially Ate Zeny was very pleasant and accommodating. Will definitely come back again.

The apartment is huge and clean. All the kitchen utensils that you need are available. The host, Ms. Zenny is very approachable and attends to our needs on time. Will definitely come back.

The 5br apartment is located at the top floor (3rd floor) of the building and can be reached only by stairs (no elevator). Not recommended for Seniors and PWD.

The location is perfect. Very accessible to various tourist spots i.e Wright Park, The Mansion, Mines View park, Botanical garden, etc. The property is very neat and spacious.

The price for stay is a bit steep for regular working people.

Everything from checking in with Sir Alvin to checking out with Ms. Gladys to talking to Ms. Zeny went so smoothly! Mr. Alvin was fast to accommodate us and even helped us with our luggage. He explained clearly all the rules and expectations during our stay and was helpful in finding attractions closeby. The property was clean and was stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances like rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge and water. Our stay was comfortable and I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Baguio that’s centrally located, clean and prompt. Thank you to Ms Zeny, Sir Alvin and Ms Gladys.

I think it would be better if somehow there's outlet on the side of all beds on the unit that we've stayed which is for 12pax for charging of phones.

I like everything in this unit. Kitchen needs, bathroom needs, and also the needs in the bedroom we're complete. I have nothing to say else. My stay here was spectacular and I would go back again here. The owner Ms. Zeny was also very accommodating.
