  “La situación del hotel hotel era buena y tenía confort, el desayuno era muy escaso., una magdalena y una manzana, lo gracioso era que frente a la recepción había un establecimiento "Wendy" con un gran cartel permanente ofertando desayunos, y los clientes iban allí a desayunar tras pasar por las mesas de comedor del hotel.”

  “Todo estaba demasiado sucio sábanas manchadas y sin cambiar, cucarachas, toallas curtidas y negras, olía feo la habitación, dicen prohibido fumar y todo huele mal, hay personas que viven dentro de las habitaciones, no respetan el sueño de los demás, hacen bulla desde las 3 am subiendo bajando cosas y subiendo y bajando escalas”

Gentlemen of BOOKING, THIS SUBURBAN STUDIOS STUART HOTEL LOCATED ON Federal Hwy 1,( VERY DIRTY, FULL OF COCKROACHES, INSECTS, FLIES) SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED IN YOUR LIST OF HOTELS, WHICH MAKES ITS SERVICE TO YOU IN THE SEARCH, BE CONSIDERED LOW NOVEL HOTELS. Señores Booking Este reclamo se hizo el mismo dia que nos hospedamos,POR FAVOR LEER LO QUE SE ENVIO EL RECLAMO ESE MISMO DIA, pedimos nos cambien de habitacion, nos dijeron no habia sino que si no queriamos quedarnos , que nos vayamos , perdiendo el pago pagado de nuestra reserva. señores de BOOKING, ESTE HOTEL SUBURBAN STUDIOS STUART UBICADO EN LA Federal Hwy 1,(MUY SUCIO, LLENO DE CUCARACHAS , INSECTOS , MOSCAS ) NO DEBIA ESTAR CONSIDERADO EN SU LISTA DE HOTELES, LO QUE HACE SU SERVICIO DE USTEDES EN LA BUSQUEDA ,SEA CONSIDERADO HOTELES DE BAJO NOVEL. Good evening, today I entered the hotel at 6:30 pm and the room was very dirty, the floor had water coming out of the joints, and very dirty, full of bread crumbs, cockroaches, flies and ants the bathroom AND ALL THE ROOM. Gentlemen, I came for 2 nights, my son has a golf tournament, and we arrived tired and with the room disgusted. Please if you can change us to another CLEAN room accordingly, the entire stay was paid and we deserve a good environment Tomorrow we leave at 7am for the tournament, and we will return in the afternoon, Please if you can assign us another room Greetings SucyBorda”
