The internet connection wasn't good, a bit old looking hotel. It seems that they patch fix everything. Limit to connect up to 2 devices per room to the internet

Rooms are outdated. Shower curtain was smelly. Mattress was hard.

The location and breakfast menu was good. Grocery store right in front of the hotels. Many restaurants on the same street.

The facilities in room are so old, specially air condition so noisy. Also no tissue. 10+ mins far from nearest bts station

The taxi drivers who are staying most of the time in front of the hotel's door, one of them took me to a very far floating market instead of going to a near one and caused me to loose the daylight in something not important to me. And prices there were too much higher than anywhere else, so I recommend avoiding those drivers totally.

The Wi-Fi management is so poor. I need to login with username password, it will expire after some time and I need to connect again. Even sometimes it says, I have crossed the limit of sessions.

This was first stay at the place and originally I was going to stay alone but circumstances changed. The swimming pool on the roof looked ok so we went to change and go back when we got back the water seemed to be more cloudy and there were some people that had just got out. We went in but the water smelt. And when we got out our swimming wear stunk very badly and took two washes to get rid of the smell. Also breakfast staff didn’t really care. Myself and daughter had just put some drinks and cereal on the table we were sitting at and got up to get other food. When we returned to the table a few minutes later the table had been completely cleared.

The breakfast staff more interested in playing on his phone. And unfortunately whilst I was sitting eating breakfast on the final morning I heard a squeal and as I looked up see a rat 🐀 sitting beside a black sack. Then as I took a picture it ran back behind some fridges When I reported it to a lady in the restaurant she had a quick look but nothing else was done.

The location is great. And I couldn’t thought the staff at reception and the room cleaners that went above and beyond to clean our room after the kids trashed it everyday.

Air conditioning in my room is too hot I complained many times and not did anything The flushing in toilet is not working try many times until flushing Breakfast is very poor not that options Reception area very hot and you can’t stay for long time Iron machine is very low quality Hear dryer not recommended to use otherwise it will melt

Only had breakfast on our first morning after arriving and the food was not kept warm but was cold. Our rooms were not made up on our second day even after a request in the afternoon to have them done. Had to ask the night clerk for change of towels.Our sheets were never changed in the four nights we stayed.

I really like the spacious room but the bathroom has signs of wear and tear and the toilet wasnt working properly. Breakfast is okay, but it would have been better if they keep the eggs in warmer, also there were flies so it wasnt very appetizing that food are just left in the open.

We ordered a room with breakfast, but since we rejected the first assigned room and demanded to change it because of lack of cleanness, the staff told us we didn't order the breakfast :) not very clean hotel in general.

Friendly staff and good location to explore Bangkok.

The location of the hotel. The breakfast was substandard. The staff in the restaurant were not courteous. Electrical plugs were all loose. There were no hand towels in the bat room and when asked they mentioned the hotel does not provide.

TONY at the reception on day 2 was a good guy. The reception personnel on arrival could not give any help regarding river cruise and dinner at the observatory.
